The manager of this place is insanely rude. Take your money elsewhere. It's not worth the hassle and up charges.

First and for most, there is a severe lack of communication between the staff. I paid extra $200 for a staff to tend the photoshoot area and no one ever showed up, my guests had to take their own pictures. I was also disappointed with one of the vendors they recommended called Dixie Donuts, totally not worth $750 + service chance $65 + Gratuity $135 (there was no one serving it) = $950 total for 150 people, for jars of candy with no additional decor and the candy was not that great. I can put candy in jars for $350. I also did the cake table and precut all the cakes to avoid extra charges (they charge to cut your cake), my total cost for cake table was $250 (delicious cakes from costco). And finally, the one female bartender was very rude to my guests, this came from many of my guests. And Towards the end my mother (78 yr old) who only has one kidney asked to use the restroom and she told my mother to clean up after herself because they already cleaned the bathrooms. This bartender should not be in the service business. My event was Grad Party event May 24th, 2025. They should know who this bartender is. She was also really rude to my husband And to this day 06.23.25 I have not received a refund for the additional staff I paid for and they didn't s schedule. July 3rd, 2025 (Event day May 24th 2025) and to this day no refund on services I paid for and didn't receive. Instead she sent this email to me and city because I was trying to get back on what I paid and they did not deliver. I zelled $16,000+ and she cannot refund me $200 that I legally should get back (Now I would like a refund on the services for rude bartender chasing my guests away with her impatience and rude service). And she only called me twice yesterday. Previously were only vague messages to my husband and one call where we waited for a refund that never came. Instead of refund, I get this senseless email bellow. And a threat of suing me for defamation of her character. Defamation implies I am not telling the truth. I am saying nothing but the TRUTH. "Hello Rachael and Philip I will handle this situation. This lady is unfortunately out of control. She is just trying to get money and there was nothing wrong with her event. I was there the whole evening. I'm sorry that she has bothered you. I don't know where she feels that emailing everybody in the city is going to help get the attention of people or get her something that she feels that she isn't deserve of. I have tried calling her multiple times and she refuses to answer my calls because she knows that I am in the right. Respectfully, Shelby Loomis" 09.05.25 As of today no refund has been received. It's a nice venue, however after everything was set and done, there was a lot of stuff about the services that was upsetting. It felt like they charge for everything. I didn't find out a lot of stuff wasn't included until after they charged me. For example, the groom suit is a charge, the bridal suit is also a charge, you can get an unlimited bar, however you want champagne? that's an extra charge and you can't bring your own. They also said you have you have servers, and yea they are not included, and yes it's an extra charge for them. cleaning is needed for after the reception, and yes....it's an extra charge for it...It just keeps going. They also charged $150 for puking IN the toilet. I didn't mind the charge but $150 isa bit excessive. Besides, I'm more curious on and how they found out, nobody talked to them besides us, the bride and groom. Also, they don't provide services like wedding coordinator and catering, but they do have a list of "approved" services for you to use....... The wedding coordinator was awesome though, I wish she had her own yelp page for I can give her 5 stars. read more

Loft has been a wonderful go to for our family. We had our wedding reception here in 2016, but recently I needed a venue for a celebration of life for my uncle. A coordinator is assigned to you which I thought was unnecessary but after two meetings I felt that my event was under control. Beautiful venue! The speak easy was my favorite room. They also have a room with a built in backdrop for photo booths or selfies. There is a lot for parking across the street. Be cautious with kids because there is a large staircase. The railing for the second level is also very short. Don't go to the basement level on the elevator as it won't go back up to the 1st or 2nd level. The basement is a club so they keep it separate. The staff was friendly and helpful. read more

My husband and I had our wedding reception at loft 84 and had a great experience (disclaimer from previous reviews, we didn't have Cindy as our coordinator and had a different day of coordinator.) My husband and I worked with Sabrina the venue manager, and she was great, attentive, and friendly. She responded and assisted with all my questions that I had. She was able to work with us and things went smooth the day of our wedding along with the help of our vendors. Disclaimer: we didn't hold a wedding here, we simply took a tour and had some preliminary wedding planning discussions about this being a prospective venue for our wedding. My fiancee and I toured Loft 84 and LOVED it as a venue to hold our wedding. The property is absolutely gorgeous. So many small touches that make it a special place. Historic, vintage, classy, all the points we were looking for in a venue for our special day. Unfortunately that's where the positives stopped. After our tour, we needed a few weeks to discuss some finer points and hash out a few details, plus save up the money to make a deposit and hold our date. Once we were ready, we reached back out to Cindy, one of the owners who had given us our initial tour, in order to place our deposit and move forward with planning. Cindy replied that she'd be out of state on vacation on the weekend in question, and asked if we'd be comfortable meeting with her staff for the appointment instead. We replied that we would prefer to meet directly with her since we'd had our tour with her and she had given us pricing the last time we were there, plus we were totally unfamiliar with any of the other staff she wanted us to meet with, so we offered up some alternative dates that we could come by and meet with her when she was either back from vacation, or before she left. This was nearly two full weeks ago, and we still haven't heard back from Cindy. She clearly doesn't want our business for whatever reason, which is a real shame and a total letdown. We were SO EXCITED to finalize our venue choice with one we truly loved after our tour, but now, given the two-week delay in reply to our request to make an appointment to put our deposit down, we've decided to move on to another venue. A wedding is a large expense, with so many details involved that'll take so much care and attention to detail, so for an owner of the venue to basically blow us off when we had a check ready to go to make our deposit and book the venue, we were really put off and disappointed. I get that vacations are a thing--by no means am I saying she shouldn't take vacation or anything of the sort. But to leave us totally in the dark for weeks on end after we committed to putting down a deposit and holding our wedding date, we felt was totally unprofessional and a harbinger of bad vibes down the road during our wedding planning and our wedding date itself. So be careful booking with Loft 84--if they're too busy to meet with us just to book our date and take our money, God knows what it's like dealing with them in crunch time in the weeks and days leading up to an actual wedding being held there. read more

Made an appointment for a tour and to talk about prices. I work in Torrance and asked to get off work 2 hours early just to be able to make it down to riverside to see it. We get there and she shows us the place and pretty much tells my fiancé to text her what she would like for the wedding and what decorations she'd want and never even talked to us about pricing. I was expecting to sit and talk about the packages they offered and to get shown around. All she showed us was the cocktail room. Everything else we saw on our own before she helped us since she was talking with another couple. Had my wedding here 4/12/2019. Overall the venue is beautiful. I got so many compliments. My caterer was Jose and the food was great, not bland at all. The staff is very nice and really tries to work with you, Could be a little unorganized at times, but you have to understand its a DIY wedding, YOU do EVERYTHING yourself, and could be stressful... I do recommend getting a coordinator, My coordinator was Kailey and she ran my ceremony very smoothly, which was $500. I think the total package is $900 which is pricy in my opinion since they don't anything extra...they setup your venue/decor and run your timeline. Be sure to have your coordinator meetings early, I had a coordinator Collen but she never called me to schedule an appointment so I thought I didn't need one anymore...But 2 week before my wedding, Cindy called me to set an appointment it was very streful because I was done with the vendors and logistics but when I met with the coordinator, she asked me very specific questions and I had to organize some last minute arrangements/logistics...But overall Cindy and Kailey were very helpful and understanding. DO NOT TOSS THE BOUQUET FROM THE BALCONY. lol my bouquet hit the roof and went straight down it was a total fail and all the single girls were disappointed...trust me, don't do it!! The one star is because the venue is very pretty on the inside. Where do I begin: We were promised the elevator would be working. My 90 year old grandmother had to walk two flights of stairs and missed half of my sisters ceremony! They promised the air would be working, nope. They provided two swamp coolers. One in the bridal room and one in the main reception hall. It was terrible hot! I'm a hair and makeup artist and I've done well over 300 weddings and I've never ever been this hot while doing a bride. I ended up putting her hair up because she was sweating so badly. Then the owners said our guests broke the swamp coolers by moving them. Seriously?! My sister ordered their decoration package but some of the items they promised, were gotten rid of and my sister was told it would cost more if she wanted those decorations. The two female owners are not on the same page, they do not write down anything which in turn they forget what they tell you. I was told they provided water for the bridal room, nope! The 2 stars are for how the place looks. It is absolutely GORGEOUS! I fell in love immediately, and despite the apparent lack of parking, I decided I wanted to get married here. The search was over. The place has amazing character and is unique, which I wanted. Unfortunately, a few weeks later I found myself starting my venue search from square one. After speaking on the phone with one of the owners, I asked for a written quote and was asked to send an email so they could reply with the quote, which I did. I waited a week and received nothing, but I didn't want to bother the owners too much. I called and found out they had had a week with no events so took the opportunity to take vacations. That's fine, everyone deserves a break. I received a verbal quote the next day, which was awesome and affordable, and she was throwing in a few perks for free since we wanted our wedding on a Sunday. Fantastic! I was ecstatic. Once again asked for a written quote, and was once again promised one. Again, I received nothing. More emails, texts, phone calls, weeks and empty promises later, I never received a written quote. I repeatedly told them that my future mother in law, who was paying for the thing, required the quote before she'd agree on the venue, but I had decided on this place so all I needed was the quote and we could move forward. Nothing. Did they not want to give it to me so they could hike up prices later? I don't know. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt that they don't cheat people like that. However, I decided that if they were being wishy-washy before we even booked the place, I would have to change my mind. The building it's self was beautiful with a lot of historic details within and you will definitely fall in love as the picture is painted of your special day. However be very cautious of the lack of professionalism of the venue owner, coordinator and staff, who first of all did not even dress for the occasion. I am not sure who held what position but you do not show up to a venue (wedding) in a hot pink sweatsuit and jeans and sweatshirt! As a guest at a resent wedding, I noticed their where so many things I would not of been happy with, such as no handicap access what so ever and witness guess carrying their loved ones up several flights of stairs in a wheel chair and their where also a few people there that where in crutches or using a cane and the elderly whom all had a very hard time with the stairs. I also notice, the bathrooms where very dirty and unattended, the lady in the hot pink sweatsuit (staff) hanging out at the bar. As guest, several of us noticed the bar tenders where very inconsistent with their pricing and charging whatever they wanted. No one said anything because none of us wanted to upset the bride on her big day! I give my overall experience at Loft 84 two starts because although the food was very good, the serving staff was very professional and the building is gorgeous, I would be very cautious about using the them and if you decide to, do your self a favor and save yourself the disappointment and get references along with everything in writing and don't be afraid to ask them to dress professional on your special day! read more

Let me start by saying Cindy and Shelby are so amazing :) they went above and beyond in more ways then one ,and I couldn't be any happier with our venue choice . We got married here on Nov 22 ,2015 and it was like a dream . Loft 84 along with our catering company and coordinator made our night perfect. The setting of the loft is so beautiful and turned out exactly how we wanted . We also rented out the bridal and grooms room which was great for all my girls along with the guys to get ready in & have some pre wedding fun stress free. I loved ,loved ,loved my bridal suite . It comes with a full bathroom ,2 huge rooms to get ready and your own kitchen . We were provided with mimosas and water while we got ready along with snacks . We had about 12 women up there getting ready comfortably :). Also the air worked great no swamp coolers so we were nice and cool aside from my nerves kicking in. Lol. Honestly I can't say enough great things about this venue , it really did exceed every expectation and dream I had for my wedding . Thank you again Cindy and Shelby for making every idea/dream I had for my wedding come true. My review is strictly going to be about the venue and the owners and the immediate staff, not the catering or my wedding coordinator... So the venue, is absolutely gorgeous. It has a working elevator, which leads into a gorgeous entry to the 2nd floor. There is also a grooms room and a bridal suite where it is definitely big enough for your wedding party to get ready comfortably. The ballroom is where we had the ceremony and then it gets "flipped" into the reception hall and that was done perfectly. Cindy and Shelby are the owners. They both were helpful throughout the process and if and when I requested a meeting throughout my year of planning they had no problem meeting with me at a time that was convinient. The bartenders that are hired through Cindy and Shelby are AMAZING and treated my guests with so much respect and really made sure that the reception was taken care of after dinner with their professionalism and sense of urgency. Overall, of course there were a few... flubs, lets call them, but the venue is amazing and my guests are still talking about the wedding. And guess what ladies, once that ceremony starts it all goes by so fast and any "flubs" are only things that YOU will notice, but sometimes not everything goes as planned. My advice to future brides... if you walk in and feel that butterfly "I have to get married here, this is it" feeling when you see the dramtic lighting and all the gorgeousness that this place is, DO IT. read more

Great people, great operation, and great venue. NOT YOUR NORMAL REVIEW! Our story doesn't include our experience with the venue, but includes the excellent service we received after some external complications caused us not to be able to use it. My fiancee and I were looking for a place to hold our reception. Loft 84 stood out to us for various reasons. You can find that in other reviews... In short, we placed our deposit and were ready to go! Here's where things got complicated. My fiancee's family isn't from the area and it was going to make things difficult to get everyone to Riverside, we had to change our venue! I contacted Shannon Hogben (Event Planner for Loft 84) and told her the situation. Unfortunately our non-refundable deposit was well, non-refundable- which was to be expected. Instead of taking our deposit and saying goodbye Shannon explained that not all hope was lost and we could use the money towards any of their other venues, good for one year. We have decided to apply it to throwing a separate event at the beautiful California Citrus State Historic Park, also in Riverside. CCEM which manages Loft 84 also manages a small amphitheater and reception/party venue there. With all of that said, it was great to be able to put our money to use and not just lose it. The staff at Loft 84 and CCEM are great to work with and we couldn't really ask for much more from them, thank you!!! read more

I Help DJ a wedding here on June 3rd 2017. I did Sound , Up Lighting and Monogram projection. Venue is awesome. Xuan & Shelby were very accommodating to make sure I was able to set up in time. They were even helping the clients set up. All in all I highly recommend this venue to fellow DJs. They treated us like Kings and set off the night with a positive vibe. I would give zero stars but the venue was absolutely beautiful. The reason for the low star rating is because colleen is the worst coordinator I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Honestly, rethink your career choice if your a rude and clueless person. I was in a wedding there the other night and the only hiccups that happened were due to her. She double booked herself for the dress rehearsal 2 days prior even though it has been scheduled for a long time and we had to do rehearsal at another venue which wasn't at all lile the layout of the loft. Come the day of the wedding, she is standing around with her mouth hanging open like some brain dead mouth breather, not even knowing where she is. She was so lost because she didn't do rehearsal with us and kept trying to change things. She had the wrong sings played for the entrances and just stood around useless the whole time. Hurts my heart that my friend had to use her, anyone else could have done a better job. Totally useless. read more

Coordinator/Venue Consultant SUCKS! I fell in love with the venue and was ready to go see it in person to book it since it was 5 1/2 months till my event and needed to book a venue ASAP. I let her know that I was REALLY INTERESTED and she didn't care. "She was gonna get back to me" NEVER did. I called and called she never answered or called back, messaged her no texts back. I had my sister call from her phone... INSTANT ANSWER. My sister tried to book an appointment after cause she only called for info the first time and same thing NO ANSWER. The Loft was HORRIBLE... I will never tell a bride to get married here. You think you are going to have them take care of you and your wedding ? Haha no way, you pay them they take your time and ideas and then you won't hear from them till the bill comes. The Coordinator (who is a waste) doesn't do a thing for anyone, and won't help with anything special you want or need that day. All she did was have cold food served to my guests and fam. Then she would disappear for about an hour at a time and not be there for the next step. If you want to know who did all the dirty work, it was my Wife.. They started serving drinks, which they did NOT check a single persons ID (not the smartest move). Then during the dancing, the Coordinator was walking around keeping close eyes on everyone making them feel uncomfortable the WHOLE TIME... About that Bridal Suite and Groom Room,, well the Loft didnt say that after the wedding starts they Lock that room up along with everything you brought in there. (Very inconveniencing). And the Bridal Suite (with that cute little kitchen) gets occupied when they barge in with all these workers who need to cook more food. As if the main kitchen wasn't enough room. Need I remind you that it will be your special day, and now you have to worry about staff cooking in the same room as you while you are changing. Very upsetting... Lastly the Send Off that never happened. . The Coordinator never announced or got it ready. We even brought our own supply's. We brought some glow sticks and I never saw my glow sticks again or had them returned to me after. My contract even said I was to have a send off. I never got mine. All that happened was the Loft turned on the lights and started telling my guests it was time to leave. And that was my HORRIBLE experience with Loft84. ITS NOT WORTH IT LADIES ! ! ! DO NOT GET MARRIED HERE ! ! ! ! Then they want to post some "Lie" on my comment saying that someone (me) who paid lots of money here isn't telling the truth about the crappy experience we all had. The venue was beautiful, but this low rating is for how the coordinator (Colleen) handled everything. I was the maid of honor for my sister's wedding recently, when we had the rehearsal it wasn't even at the venue because the coordinator had poor scheduling and double booked us while this was already scheduled in advance so we had to pretend we were in the venue- mind you- that we were all unfamiliar with! they didn't give very good directions on what we all had to do, the coordinator herself wasn't even there for the rehearsal. The day of the wedding, the coordinator was not informative of what the bridal party had to do until it was time to do it so we were all confused, she gave a snobby attitude when we started questioning her about our places. I had given her the order of everyone in the bridal party and she just up and changed it with no reason what so ever. Then when we were all introduced, they got our existing songs wrong (for bride and groom as well) They did a poor job at making everyone at the party feel comfortable, everyone told us they felt rushed and didn't even get to finish their food or drinks and we're just taken from them without asking if they were done with them. They kept bugging the bride the day off on what THEY (the coordinator and staff) were supposed to be doing even though they were supposed to be in charge and have everything planned out and written down CORRECTLY (but wasn't) while this was supposedly all taken care of and figured out weeks before the wedding! She told the groom the wrong time for the grand entrance, they didn't even do the money dance/failed to include it on the itinerary, didn't do the guarder toss, did a poor job and notifying guest the bride and groom were cutting the cake and failed to hand out cake to the guests. Overall it was stressful and unorganized, the bridal party had to stay on top of the coordinator making sure SHE knew what we had to do. Although the venue was beautiful, I highly recommend going elsewhere because to unorganization there is not worth it. Save yourself the headache. read more

I had my wedding here and it was the best day ever! The venue is absolutely beautiful!! Cindy and Shelby were such a great help. My coordinator was Colleen!! And OMG, she is amazing!! Seriously my wedding would have not been as beautiful if it wasn't for her. She helped me step by step and always kept me on my toes with the planning process. She was so hands on and every meeting we would have I left feeling better and better every time. On the day of the wedding I didn't worry about a thing. She took control of everything. We had a sparkler send off and she made sure it was amazing. Love her and so thankful for her! The venue does has their preferred vendors and id recommend going through their preferred vendors because it makes everything that much easier. The only down about the venue is if you choose to get married in the winter (like we did) parking is insane because of the Festival of Lights and the loft doesn't have their own parking or structure. As long as you let you guests know leading up to the wedding that parking is a little tricky, it's no problem. I'd recommend this place. We will never forget our wedding!! read more

Before I start my very lengthy review I will just say this, Good luck future brides and if you see Red flags immediately, trust your gut and instinct and move on. The most beautiful place in the world for a somewhat decent price, truly is not worth all of the hassle that you will have to look forward to especially on your one special day that you will be spending thousands of dollars for. Peace of mind is worth way more! Technically you will only be doing this once and you will never be able to get that one day back. It's very true when they say you get what you pay for! So it took me a while to write this review because I didn't want to fly off the handle and say things I didn't mean and I wanted to make absolutely sure that perhaps what happened with me was just a one-time fluke but as I've let some time pass, I can now see that my experience is something that is all too common with this establishment. First off the only reason why I'm giving this place 2 stars is because of the venue. Venue undoubtedly is beautiful but that's where it stops. Just as every other review, the communication and business tactics behind it are a complete mess. I was very surprised to read other reviewers same experiences, where they note to get EVERYTHING in writing! Even the tiniest detail. Get it down! (Thank God for Yelp!) These people or more so, Cindy tend to be extremely forgetful, unprofessional, scattered and just simply all over the place. I prefer to keep communication through email, that way everything is tracked and ask for proper contracts! These people will try to get you to sign off on security deposit's before even giving you an itemized and detailed invoice or proposal. Why would you ever give someone a nonrefundable $1000 deposit when you don't even know how much your whole wedding is going to come out to? They could hike the prices up to whatever they want and insert any extra add-ons that are not on their original list and if you don't agree or don't feel it's something you can afford later, you don't get your deposit back! And they are adamant about that. Even harassing, as I experienced. I was completely talked down to as if I couldn't afford the wedding and was told that straight out. I was told no wonder why I don't have a job, which is actually by choice, (& didn't even make sense) and was told that if I thought she was bad just wait until I spoke to her partner Shelby. That she was worse and good luck with getting my deposit back. And again this was all based on HER miscommunication and not having a proper contract that I stupidly signed before even knowing how much my whole wedding was going to be there. Keep in mind, before I had went down to sign the contract I explicitly asked to have an itemized proposal to me before I signed. And sure enough it was not there. To be perfectly honest there's actually even way more that had went on, proven email trails, etc., but it's been months since I've dealt with these people and I'm just going to try to be as fair as I can at this point. Luckily however, I did speak with the more levelheaded partner, which was Shelby. She understood my concerns and was not surprised at all by the treatment that I had faced by Cindy. I was offered the opportunity to still keep my wedding there and was promised that I would only deal with Shelby throughout the entire process, but at the end of the day they are business partners. Their best interest is THEIR best interest. I couldn't even imagine having to deal with Cindy in the background for a whole year, while planning one of the most stressful things and what's supposed to be the most beautiful day of my life. So respectfully I declined, surprisingly got my deposit back and in extremely timely manner and decided to move on my way. Looking back now at these reviews, it's very sad to see that these are obviously their business practices and other people have had to deal with this erratic and unpredictable behavior, because it is such a beautiful venue. In my personal opinion this place could really thrive and be five stars on yelp, as the other beautiful venues in the surrounding area, but I think they just need to let the owners stay in their place and hire real proper talent to treat stressful, uneasy brides with the respect, honesty and valued customer service that they deserve. I learned the hard way, but this is a very big decision and purchase that you will be making and dealing with for months. If you have any questions feel free to contact me! Loft 84 is a gem of a venue located in downtown Riverside. As most jewels are hidden, this venue is nestle in the historic area of Riverside. We chose this venue because we believe it chose us. The moment we walked in we felt we had time traveled into a beautiful historic themed building. The decorum is just elegant and each room has flair and personality. As beautiful as this building is, the staff members are equally so. They were gracious, professional and very connected to the success of our event. Our wedding day was absolutely amazing. No exaggeration! The staff's calm, pleasant demeanor enhanced the milieu. Many of our guest stated our wedding was the best they ever attended and I would have to agree! read more

Gorgeous Venue !! I had my wedding reception this past Saturday November 7th, My husband & I are so happy we had a blast................., everything went as planned. We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from the ladies at the Loft, they both where very helpful throughout wedding planning experience they went above and beyond for us. We received tons of complements from family and friends. The venue was clean at all times everything looked beautiful and the staff was professional and kind. I got married here in 2017. Overall the place is nice for a decent size wedding, Maybe 150 people. I was told 200 would fit spaciously and that was not at all. It was pretty crammed. Dealing with the owners is a headache, They are NEVER on the same page together. The Venue Dj played a the wrong wedding song version of the song we wanted. Also the coordinator there sucks. messed up the seating chart. Had important family members in the back corner and the only time I talked to her during the event is when she asked for my credit card to buy more beer when the tab was running low. If it wasnt for my photographer everything would have been a mess since he pretty much coordinated everything. After a while we kind of just free styled the night. Good thing my family had a great time still since we did have an open bar, but honestly my family had great time cause thats how they are and not because it was an amazing venue. read more

Mix review for this place. Cons: - The two owners are rude and difficult to deal with. There is no communication between the two, so for us it was extremely stressful. - They lie. Will tell you whatever you want to hear to book the venue. When we asked about our guest count (~200) they said it would be fine and the venue fits up to 250. WRONG. Venue fits probably 150, at 200 - 220 you are looking at no dance floor. We specifically asked about this and they were like "no no, we've done it before and it works fine". They also said the all inclusive price includes everything. We asked, is there ANY extra fees/taxes etc, they were like "no". again LIE. The price did not include service charge and tax. So beware! - never answer emails or answers after I have to email three to four times. - anytime you ask them ANY question, even a simple yes or no, their answer is always extremely vague. - We were told we could use any caterer, few months later, they told us no we have to use their in house caterer (which we tasted and sucked). We have to argue with them that when we signed that was never mentioned. Pro: - The venue itself beautiful - bridal room is large and beautiful - At the end of the day, when rubber hit the ground, they made the place look decent and added extra detailing and decorations. Summary: Unprofessional staff with no communication skills, but end of the day they made it happen. If you are the kind of bride or planner that is ok with stress all the way up to the date, or you're ok with letting it go and just show up at the event date and hope it all worked out, then maybe working with Shelby and Cindy (the owners) would be ok for you. This venue looks gorgeous!!! but the coordinator Cindy was not helpful at all and all over the place. Not returning calls, texts, emails. On the phone with her she told me her email to me is "in her drafts" and she's sending it now, never got it. I didn't even get far enough with her to finalize a date because she was back and forth on what was and wasn't available. She even changed the price each time we talked? It's unfortunate because this venue really did look amazing, would not recommend to plan a big event with these kinds of unorganized coordinators though. Went with the Riverside Art museum instead.
