The unit was half the price of others I had researched. I had been told by other people that storage units are dirty places with pests and that my daughter needed to pack everything in plastic bins. NOT TRUE. The Storage Loft is clean and all of her items were exactly like we left them, all packed in storage bags.

I have tried calling to let them know I no longer needed the storage unit but never received a call back. Don't try to leave a review on their website. They only post the positive reviews. It's not the fault of the phone representative, but this should not have been an issue in the first place and the owner should have an emergency contact number to get these things taken care of quickly.
