The unit was half the price of others I had researched. I had been told by other people that storage units are dirty places with pests and that my daughter needed to pack everything in plastic bins. NOT TRUE. The Storage Loft is clean and all of her items were exactly like we left them, all packed in storage bags.

Almost half of the items in my storage unit were destroyed by mice. I found dead mice in my unit when I moved out and even had a live one run out of there! They also raised the rent on my unit multiple times. When I tried contacting the business to let them know I was moving my things out it took 3 emails, as they wanted it in writing, and almost 2 weeks before I heard from them. I have tried calling to let them know I no longer needed the storage unit but never received a call back. Don't try to leave a review on their website. They only post the positive reviews. I would not recommend an outside storage unit to anyone needing one and good luck getting in contact with anyone once you don't need it anymore.

It's not the fault of the phone representative, but this should not have been an issue in the first place and the owner should have an emergency contact number to get these things taken care of quickly. It's also very frustrating to be told that there is no record of my tenancy when I have emails documenting this whole process.
