Shahi paneer, Chana massala, Butter chicken, Raita, veg samosas with tamarind sauce and green chutney, and Gulab jamun for dessert. Our entire family are foodies, trying new restaurants wherever we travel. East Indian cuisine is one of my wife's and my favourites and does not disappoint. Indeed, it has become a stopping point when returning from Red Deer, like a few days ago when we tried new dishes: Palak paneer and Butter prawn amongst others. A friend of mine in Toronto had been a former chef for Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi and had opened a restaurant in Austria before opening one in Toronto. For years I frequented every couple of weeks or so and Yummy Indian cuisine is right up there! My wife and I are planning a date there, a 4hr roundtrip from Hanna well worth drive.

And indeed. Delicious, unique beautiful creations in every glass. I also left having enhanced my liquor IQ despite killing a few brain cells :-). What took me pleasantly by surprise was the food. Holly Crap it was incredible. I had a burger that tasted as if it was homemade. Such fresh ingredients, all prepared with level of skill I would expect in a fine dining establishment. Really recommend TTL for lunch/dinner or a catered event.
