When I called today to complain they said they get thousands of digital faxes and in fact so many that many get dropped and don't go through. The only remedy is to call a week later and see if the fax was received. The system is obviously broken and nobody's trying to fix it!. And this is a doctor speaking who never had problems scheduling appointments until the system was in place.

Most important, they're all patient. I always come full of inquiries and they never seem annoyed and have answers to my numerous questions. The facility is extremely clean and the lobby is inviting with comfortable seating and an aquarium. Additionally, they offer free WiFi which is a nice benefit especially if you're trying to squeeze in some work when there. The radiation waiting area has a puzzle table. I confess I tapped into my inner nerd and surprisingly enjoyed this activity today. They also have some reading materials and ample seating. Dr. Shieh and his nurse Angie are great! The front desk gals have been outstanding and both therapists today - Kim and Riley are equally as wonderful. Wish I could remember the name of the technician who did my MRI because she was so sweet. Two stars because they were playing OAN news on the tv in the waiting room. Normally I don't care what political views a medical place has because it's not my business. But it becomes my business when they play a network that's known for spreading lies and misinformation about COVID-19. If they subscribe to beliefs that COVID-19 is fake, CDC guidelines don't help, etc., how am I supposed to feel safe here? It's a medicinal clinic with older patients. I'm entering an enclosed space during an MRI. I didn't realize what OAN was until after my appointment, otherwise I would've cancelled my appointment and gone somewhere else. I'm glad I have my COVID vaccine already otherwise I would've gotten tested immediately afterwards. If you don't care about covid guidelines then by all means, please go because the staff was wonderful. But if you do care, err on the side of caution and try somewhere else.
