All they cared about was making sure that i was satisfied and that the boat ran. I approved the work and offered to pay extra to put the boat in the water to make sure all adjustments were correct. My boat was ready in March 2025, Ron retired, new manager named Jack. I added additional work to include installation of electric trim tabs. I tested the boat and found NO NEUTRAL, and upon shifting into REVERSE it would engage at high throttle. I returned the boat and explained to the new manager Jack. I also informed him the trim tab pistons were not tightened at all. Jack took the boat in. One week later I get a call from Jack that there is another cable inside the drive that was not changed. That this would fix the problem ( doubtful). I informed Jack that I would take the boat elsewhere to do the work correctly and completely the first time. When I went to pick up my boat I asked to speak with John the owner. He would not come out of his office to meet me. You may draw your own conclusions. I will never go back to this pla and I plan to educate consumers in the hopes nobody else suffers from this type of service.

Promoting services such as detailing, tint, auto repair, stereo system upgrades. I don't think going the extra mile means getting a vehicle stolen by a homeless person that Jesse Dyer, the owner, hired. Apparently the homeless employee was told by a Fernando that he could use my vehicle which was in Jesse's possession for approximately 2 months. Why so long? THe one stop shop that was hired to tint, detail, install a muffler, air filter, carpet and upgrade the sound system kept running into issues and delays. Stay FAR FAR away from this place. OVC is NOT a place that you can trust to bring a vehicle to. They lack security and allow homeless employees that they don't pay to go for joyrides and sleep in customer's vehicles. The work is subpar as the carpet they installed had to be removed as it didn't fit. I retrieved my vehicle in pieces, the shop is incompetent and was unable to finish the work after 2 months and probably concocted this whole theft drama to absolve them of doing the work. Not to mention the approximate loss of $2000 worth of stereo equipment. Liability? The company and owner seem to lack assets to be able to recoup losses. The best I can do is warn you, the reader of this review, to avoid this place at all costs. Nothing positive comes from dealing with businesses like this. Don't ever take your vehicle here. If you want an honest company that does car audio, check out 2bit in satellite beach or Audio Images in palm bay.

The first job $200 was so bad I had him come out and fix things. The glove box was dirty, there were Coke rings inside one of the cupholders, just a lot of problems. He blamed it on his intern and said he'd fix it. He gave me a $100 gift certificate, which I used on my other car. It was sloppy as well. There was a dead bug left in the backseat, and the product he uses on the plastic attracts dust and debris. He even told me that is what would happen with this 'polishing' product. Why on earth use a product guaranteed to make the car look terrible within hours? I cannot recommend them and haven't used them since.
