Jensen sent me a new remote free so Camping Workd got off free but it isn't the same remote, just a generic. They "fixed" kitchen sink leak. It was no charge but when I after two days of using it I looked for something underneath and there was water! It wasn't fixed. I'm out a remote, have a scratched up refrigerator door that I replaced 5 years ago) and had to deal with a wet mess under my kitchen sink and hire someone else to repair what they said they fixed. I'm over Camping World! I had a horrible experience with Camping World Cocoa two years ago. Melbourne said they would be so much better. Nope!!!

Konnor in service let us bring it in the same day. He promptly worked with our warranty company to get our claim approved. He recommended the Furrion AC over our Coleman which is much quieter wow so glad we did awesome A/C. My wife saw two recliner chairs and Courtney in parts explained how much they were discounted. Wow what a deal! We asked Konnor what would cost to install very inexpensive at $204. He also said they could install them while they were working on the A/C. Courtney quickly measured and was awesome assisting with what we needed a power cord. The RV tech was awesome I believe his name was Cory he also fixed our entry door lock that was a problem. What an awesome dealership thank Konnor, Courtney and Cory.

In my experience, I was not clearly informed that I was signing paperwork making my $2,000 deposit non-refundable. I also understood that the money was not being applied toward the down payment. When I decided not to move forward with the purchase, I requested my deposit back, but I was told it could not be refunded because "their hands were tied." I take responsibility for signing the paperwork, but I also believe important financial terms--especially a non-refundable $2,000 deposit--should be clearly explained before asking a customer to sign. My advice is to read every document carefully, ask direct questions about whether any deposit is refundable, and don't sign until you're completely comfortable with the terms. I hope sharing my experience helps someone else avoid an expensive surprise.

No high pressure sales tactics. No dealer fees. And all of the units were priced fairly, with even still some wiggle room on final deals. By the time I found the one I wanted, and got the purchase done, I felt like I was family. Their techs are so friendly, and helpful. They gave us a complete walk through when we picked up the camper (FREE. Camping World charges you $1,000 to do the same thing.) I have owned several RVs in my lifetime (3 travel trailers, and a 40 foot diesel pusher class A motor-home). I also owned an RV repair business for 10 years. The people at Grandsport RV are by far the most pleasant shopping/buying experience I have ever had, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

As an RV enthusiast I certainly am aware of Camping World's capabilities but have never had much…read moreinteraction with then being there isn't one in close proximity to my home, I am on their email list and get updates and offers frequently. When one of my A/C units began to fail even though it's under warranty I knew I didn't want to deal with the dealership's wait list so I contracted a nationally certified mobile RV technician to assist me with the troubleshooting and replacement process and deal with the warrant company directly. I started the purchasing process online and after reviewing all the specifications to ensure the new unit was an exact match or that any upgrades would be recommended for an exact replacement. Camping World's website is pretty detailed and they offer a very extensive inventory so I knew I'd be able to find what I needed so my only concern would be availability and that it could be available for pick up at the location of my choosing. After making the purchase online and getting a confirmation email I knew a follow up call the following morning before I set out to their Cocoa, Florida location was all that would be required. I called the store in the AM a few minutes after they opened and spoke to Chris, he was attentive and took down my information and the details of my order and told me he would track down the information and get back to me once he knew the details. Fast-forward about 15 minute Chris called me back and confirmed the A/C was in stock and would be ready for pickup when I arrive. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by their friendly receptionist and directed to the right person, after verifying my name he immediately set up the pickup at the side gate where they loaded it in my truck. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I know it may sound like this is a pretty simple process but it took a coordinated effort by a lot of members of the Camping World Team to make this happen and they executed it flawlessly. I know this review isn't about buying an RV or scheduling service but it does show they do have things in place to take care of the customer and if you take the time to explain your needs or issues and have reasonable expectation and exercise some patience these guys are willing to put in the work. It was definitely a 5-Star experience and they have earned my loyalty, this will be the first option I look to in the future...
