I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience prompted one. Brought my class C RV in for structural repairs due to wood rot in the bunk area, the leak that caused it, work on a couple appliances and dewinterization. The work initially looked good, but first heavy rain the area filled up with water again, so the leak obviously wasn't really fixed. Also, dewinterization left a valve open and antifreeze in the system. I reached out twice and haven't received any response regarding the repairs. I spent several thousand dollars but based on the incomplete work and lack of communication I wouldn't recommend anyone else do the same. read more

I called for service and the Dynamic Duo, Sydney and Herb, came to my assistance. First, Sydney assured me my camper would be worked on before my upcoming trip and to bring it right over. When I arrived, she asked Herb if he could take a quick look at the problem. Five minutes later, my camper was fixed. It seemed like a miracle that I was leaving in fully working condition that day! I had IVCC do a state inspection and a third party warranty inspection on my Grand Design travel trailer for the past 2 years. The first year I had to wait 6 weeks until they could get it in, so the second year, I scheduled the service months in advanced and had no issues. I get much better service on my trailer from this shop than I do from the dealer that the unit was purchased from. I would certainly consider buying a new trailer from them when I am in the market. But like any dealer these days, I would get a independent RV inspector to look over any trailer before buying. read more

We purchased a 2012 Outback travel trailer. Our salesperson Andy was great. He wasn't pushy at all and he knew his stuff. There was a wide selection of trailers to choose from. Unfortunately, we were told the camper we bought would be completely cleaned, no problem. After we paid over $20,000 cash for the camper, we came for the preview before it was shipped to us and noticed it wasn't cleaned at all. We were then told " we don't clean it that well". The vents in the floor were completely caked in dirt, but they ended up cleaning those because we insisted. Come to find out when we got it home, it was also covered in mouse poop and cobwebs in the drawers and counters. It was disgusting. Very unsanitary that I had to crawl around cleaning mouse poop everywhere when I was told the camper would be cleaned. We paid a lot of money up front and this camper should've been cleaned. The black tank was also almost full so we had to pay $75 additional to get it emptied. They also broke the TV during the delivery. There's now a huge line across the bottom so we have to replace that too. read more

We have now purchased 3 rvs from IVCC. They gave us a very fair trade from our 1st to our 2nd unit. Unfortunately, our 2nd unit had some serious issues and IVCC worked with Keystone to get us another trade. If we had purchased that 2nd unit on our own, we'd still be sitting with the lemon. We purchased our 3rd Keystone 5er and are incredibly happy with it. The service guys never talk us into doing more than necessary; they've even talked me out of doing a few things. Bought a used travel trailer from them. First trip out it leaked brought it back under their 30 day warranty and they said they repaired it. It still leaks in same exact spot and now they want me to pay for the repair. They don't stand by their repair work. Managers were rude. Will never buy anything from them again. read more

I bought a 2005 Class C Fleetwood Tioga from IVCC in 2015 as part of a retirement dream. It had only about 8,000 miles on it. It seemed in good shape but it was my first RV purchase so what did really I know? We put about 17,000 miles on it in the three years we have had it and during that time the front overhang has started to leak. I took it to IVCC twice for repairs.. Neither successful. In October, in order to pay off some bills, we contacted Claire Keller at IVCC to see if IVCC wanted to buy it back. Mr. Keller said to bring it in for evaluation. I did so and was offered $19,500 aft$er having almost $40,000 in 2015 including a car dolly. I f figured that was the best IVCC could due given they would have to invest several thousand dollars to fix the leak that was producing black mold and rot in the overhang. However, looking on line, I noticed that it is for sale WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS FOR $37,995!!! ( Stock #: 23732) That is only about $1,000 less than I paid for it three years ago, does not include the dolly, and is being sold WITHOUT THE NECESSARY REPAIR ON THE LEAKING OVERHANG! In addition, everything (except for the leak issue) was in perfect working order on the unit and I had added several amenities such as a wireless back-up camera, wireless tail lights for the car being towed, a winch on the trailer hitch, a cover for winter, a spray those to clear black tank clogs, a smart HC flat screen TV, running lights etc. So, I feel I was RIPPED-OFF in terms of what I was able to get out of the motorrhome and I hope that if any of you out there who might be considering the purchase of this vehicle will know that the leaking has not been properly repaired and should you purchase it, you will not pay more than $25,000 for it or you will be ripped-off as well! read more

Purchased a brand new 2016 Passport 3350BH here last year. First the heat never worked then AC recalled. Took in in for service. Picked it up FULL of water!!!! Service told us to "broom it out it's fine". Said when they reseated AC must have not been set correctly it happens, It happens???? Turned my brand new trailer into a drive-able pool??? Told them manufacturer has instructions for them to fix. They once again claimed it's fixed. Return to get it and fridge and stove exhaust no longer work. Service response "not our fault". Had less then a year and 2 vaca's cancelled because Indian Valley Camping Center is disgraceful & shady! read more

If you need service then stay away from Indian Valley. I made an appt over 2 weeks in advance only to be told it would be an additional 7-14 days more before they could even look at it. Why drop off an RV to have it just sit for 2 more weeks untouched. I id see them provide others service as they waited so I assume they only care about service for "special" customers. read more

Took my brand new horse trailer there to have shower door that wouldn't open/close properly fixed. They had it for about a week and called to tell me it was finished. I asked what was wrong and they said they lubed the tracks and it was "better" but still didn't work great. Said they don't really work on that type of trailer,the shower doors are not what they are used to working on, and that was all they could do. Handed me a bill for $88 dollars...to lube the tracks!!!! I asked him if they took them apart to see what was wrong and he told me you don't want to take them apart - they're hard to get back together. When I questioned the price to lube the tracks the guy (Craig) I was dealing with said (with a very rude and indifferent attitude) "well they spent three quarters of an hour". Incompetence and laziness at it's finest!!!! Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!! read more

Sales person we are dealing with is terrible. This is our 3rd RV, and our first negative experience. Doesn't answer questions directly, just goes on and on with sales pitch. Shuts down any kind of negotiation, very negative. A "take it or leave it" attitude, and only interested in closing the sale rather than meeting our needs. read more
