I would expect a man to honor his promise regardless of my lack of attention and honor the verbal agreement. He did not. Due to this I have purchased all of my optional equipment, water, sewer filtration, etc elsewhere (over $1,000). I will not be recommending campers inn of Philadelphia or returning to them other than for warranty purposes which I will be closely watching.

We never heard anything from them so we called twice on Wednesday practically begging for an update. We were told it was just brought in and they're diagnosing it now. On Wednesday at closing time they called and told us they never got it in and won't be able to get to it tomorrow and we should just come pick it up. Now, after having our camper for FOUR DAYS, we're being told they aren't going to get to it at all. So which is it? Were you diagnosing it on Wednesday like you told us, or did it never even make it into the shop? We specifically scheduled this around when we needed the camper back and trusted them when they said they would look at it for diagnosis. If we would have known they could not live up to their word, we would have taken it elsewhere and had a diagnosis by now a parts ordered, etc. Instead, they kept it for four days, failed to diagnose anything, and wasted our time. Even worse, we were led to believe work was actively being done when apparently it wasn't. If you can't get to a customer's camper in the timeframe you promised, just be upfront about it. Don't take it, hold onto it for four days, tell the customer you're working on diagnosing it, and then turn around and say you never got to it. I would absolutely NOT recommend Indian Valley Camping Center based on our experience. Save yourself the frustration and take your camper somewhere else.

A qualified business will fix what they damaged and hopefully the court will make them pay for it although it says online they don't pay their judgements. It is plain to see that they didn't cut the awning correctly. Articles found on the web say if RV awning is not installed straight it can also burn out the motor. They told me 3 techs worked on it for 5 hours. They also repeated overheated the motor with their incorrect install and 5 hours of running the awning in and out. At one point they called and said the motor was bad, but an hour later it was good again. It was over heating and opening the motor protection thermistor and removing power till the motor cooled. I've compared prices and selection with Home Depot's rentals and typically end up renting from Rental World. I wish they were open on Sunday. If you want rent something for a weekend-long project, you'll need to rent it for the entire weekend and then return it Monday morning.

Miller Trailer Sales had the exact make and model we wanted, with the graphics package we were looking for, at a price much lower than our local dealer. Additionally, Miller Trailer Sales offered options to change a graphics package and modify the microwave with a drawer kit based on our needs. This was customer service that we never thought possible when trying to buy a trailer. Even with some distance hurdles to overcome, Samuel Miller, of Miller Trailer Sales, was more than willing to walk us through the purchase. He had assured us there was no issue purchasing from out of state, in fact, he had done this with several other customers from our state. He was very pleasant to work with over the phone and through email. His father was also quite willing to perform repair work on the trailer harness, which had been incorrectly installed on our vehicle by our local dealer. Once the date of pickup was set, we traveled to Miller Trailer Sales and dropped off our vehicle for the harness work, and Samuel picked us up (even with our daughter and dog coming along for the ride) and brought us to the sales office. Samuel walked around the trailer and described each item in detail and answered all of our questions patiently. Once our vehicle was ready with the new harness (repaired and wired correctly), Samuel's father, Preston, brought it to the sales office and explained how the hookup would work. After explanation and hookup, we were asked one more time if we had questions. Then they gave us safe directions to get on the highway back home. Miller Trailer Sales was fantastic to deal with. They all made the experience a positive one from start to finish. You will not find a more competent, positive, and friendlier nüCamp trailer dealer in the Northeast.
