I recently moved to the area and had my first car breakdown ever; accelerator stopped working. I had no idea how to get my car to a shop or what could be wrong -- I just needed to be able to commute to work hopefully soon. I tried two other shops before trying Bob's, one where I had to leave a message and they never got back to me, and another where they could only start working on my vehicle two days after it arrived. That wouldn't cut it. I was relieved to have Bob answer the phone, understand my urgency, and even have a tow truck available to pick up my car from my neighborhood lot. I was able to have my insurance arrange the delivery, though, and before the end of the day I had a diagnosis about a battery and alternator swap. The next day, the work was complete, and he offered to pick me up and bring me to his garage to fill out the paperwork. Sure enough, my car rolled up the next morning with Bob in the driver's seat. I'm so thankful to had had his open communication, professional attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for a 20-something with little vehicle expertise. I'm hoping with this car I won't have to reach out because of problems again, but I know exactly who to call when I need something done.

I took it to the reading motor sport who determined that the head gasket was in upside down they corrected it but needless to say I lost the use of it over a period of time that I booked a water front vacation with the intention on having my wave runner for the trip. If it would have been run after completion of work this would have been caught. Not quite 2 years have passed and 40 hours of use one of the cylinders is dead again I take it to the same trusted shop who informs me both power valves were put in upside down and the power valve scored one of the pistons and broke rings on that cylinder which scored the cylinder wall requiring an extensive amount of work to do a total top end rebuild.... and again I lost half of the summer due to their negligence and lack of skill and knowledge, again I repeat do not trust these people.....!
