My wife lost the stone in her wedding ring. We went into Indigo Jewelers to replace it simply because it was the closest place to our home, having no idea that the owner, Michael Meneger, is a trained jeweler with forty years experience behind him and a suite of satisfied regular customers. He examined the ring while listening to our needs and gave us a very reasonable quote. It was so reasonable, in fact, that we decided to upgrade the stone and the setting. Within a week he'd found a number of beautiful stones for us to evaluate in the cut that we'd asked for. We chose one and within five days the ring was repaired. We were stunned when we saw it. He'd set the stone perfectly and buffed and polished the band so that quite honestly, it looked better than new. My wife spent the rest of the day admiring it on her hand and she could not be happier. We can't recommend him highly enough. He is an old-school jeweler with a quick wit and sense of decorum, quite different than the less experienced salespeople one might run into in the large chains. read more

Not only does Michael do the best work of any jeweler, he has a heart of gold. You will not find a better person or jeweler on the globe. Michael was able to create an engagement ring that exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make sure I would love my ring. He took the time to work with me and not only listened to the specifics I wanted but even shared his own ideas and input. The end result was a ring of perfection. Even though I was a difficult and particular customer (probably a big pain in the butt) he was patient and extremely pleasant from beginning to end. I had a fabulous experience at Indigo Jewelers from the moment I walked in the door until I walked out 4 days later with my jewelery. I took in two rings. One needed a stone inserted and one needed a new look. Michael, the jeweler, took the time to know exactly how I wanted my rings to look. We sat down for about 15 or 20 minutes going over the options. The rings turned out beautifully and I couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship. Kristin is great in sales. She explained the flex plan and layaway plan that make buying new jewelry easy. There is a wide array of fine jewelry in all price ranges; I was impressed with the quality of the pieces in the store. I love this store. I first went to see them when I moved nearby, to fix a ring I had received as a gift from my parents. He not only found a replacement stone exactly like the one that was lost, but restored the ring perfectly. It wasn't worth much money, but it meant the world to me, because it was from my Mom and Dad. Two days ago, I took my engagement ring in to be resized. Today, I received the call that it was finished. The mall stores had said it would take weeks, and I had mine back in 2 days! I went to pick it up, and it was sparkling like new and fit perfectly. He takes time with his customers, treats them like family and takes care of my jewelry like no mall store ever could. Great personal jewels! They put their heart into their work and you can tell. If you can think of a piece of jewelry they can make it for you. I officially have a new jeweler. Mr. M & the girls in the store are amazing. I sold some jewelry there & decided to have a diamond I had put in a new setting for my daughter for her birthday. Indigo Jewelers made my dreams come true , I walked in and was greeting by Michael the owner and he was so kind, asked if I needed water or anything to drink and offered his assistance to help me fined a engagement ring .He took care of me right away and helped me pick out the most amazing engagement ring set. This was my first experience with a non-chain jeweler and it was a completely different experience! You're welcomed and personalized with individual attention by none other than the owner himself. It is very clear that he takes pride in what he does. He looked over my wedding ring very carefully to make sure it was in good shape but didn't "sell me" on additional services. I came in to get my ring resized because after 3 babies, my fingers just weren't the same. Due to the low cost, I also asked to get it redipped (whatever that process is called) and the result is stunning!!! They also cleaned up my diamond earrings very nicely. Just got back from Indigo Jewelers where once again Mike has done a superb job. I must say that each time I have entered the shop I am always met with the upmost courtesy. I have personally witnessed Mike down sale a customer who was clearly willing to spend more because it would have a better visual impact on the piece he brought in. Having been an art major I had to agree with his assesment. It was clear to me that Mike would rather do what was in the best interest of the customer even though it ment passing up the opportunity to make more money! Wow is all I can say! I lost a diamond in my ring and was completely devastated. I stopped into Indigo Jewelers to get an estimate expecting it to be hundreds. To my surprise it wasn't!
