Reluctantly later bought my engagement ring here due to living nearby at the time and not finding another ring I liked as much. For $5,000, it sure needs a lot of maintenance. Despite techs being local, it takes 2 weeks to get it back, extended to a month during the pandemic. If I didn't end up giving up after 2-3 consecutive attempts to fix it every year, I would never have a ring to wear. It gets worse every time they touch it. It's actually painful to wear. Terrible quality people working on what had once been a perfect ring (that needs to be re-dipped in rhodium plating every 3 months to cover up the yellow gold underneath the "white gold" (rhodium)). I regret ever buying this ring.
