When I asked what type of fish was used, she said she didn't know and placed me on hold for several minutes. When she returned to the phone, she hung up on me again. This level of service was disrespectful and unprofessional. Based on this and past experiences, I can't ignore that it felt like I was being treated differently, and it came across as discriminatory. Because of this, I will no longer support this business with my money. I truly hope the restaurant succeeds, but they must take accountability for how customers are treated. Everyone deserves basic respect.
