NEVER again! I am no stranger to purchasing custom suits and shirts and the result of my Indochino experience sucked! I do not do trends such as wearing skinny/slim or overly loose clothing, I prefer a classic fit, consisting of (very) straight leg dress pants. Well, my numerous requests while being measured to have a suit customized my way was too much for Indochino to handle. My suit arrived tighter than I asked for, "young" as we say in my neighborhood. Getting the product altered would require another appointment, a separate type of an appointment than getting measured that isn't easy to come by, that availability can be weeks away. Bottom line: After you purchase from Indochino, you're pretty much pushed out of the door unless you're back to spend more money. Well, I won't be back. There's better value elsewhere! read more

Extremely disappointing experience. I'm getting married, and my brother (the best man) scheduled an appointment through the Indochino app, clearly noting it was for a wedding. When we arrived, he explained that I needed to be measured, and if time allowed, our dad and younger brother as well. He also mentioned he didn't need measuring, as he's a regular. The staff member greeted us with a blank stare -- no congratulations, no acknowledgment of the occasion, not even a basic welcome. Instead, he immediately questioned my brother about the last time he was measured, as if we were being dishonest. He told us each person would need 30-40 minutes, which we found odd since past fittings have taken about 15 minutes. When we clarified that we were updating old measurements to make sure everything was perfect for the wedding, he became argumentative. After briefly speaking with what seemed to be a manager, he returned and said they could only measure one of us -- and only if we placed an order immediately. No flexibility, no courtesy, no attempt to prioritize the groom. Just a cold, dismissive attitude. To top it off, as we were walking out, he mumbled something under his breath -- which was just the final confirmation that this location lacks professionalism and basic customer service. Avoid this location like the plague -- especially if you're preparing for an important event. There are plenty of other Indochino locations that understand how to treat their customers. read more

Straight up don't shop here. Bought a tuxedo and got it 3 weeks later. Nothing fit and because it's custom made they said there was nothing they could do about it. Just go somewhere else like Suit Supply where you will be better off spending a little more. read more

If you're looking for a tailored suit, you are better off buying one and simply getting it tailored to fit you. I walked in, scheduled an appointment for 2 hours later, showed up 5 minutes early, was greeted by the same guy who scheduled me 10 min after the appt and then we started another 5 minutes after that. He was asked a question by someone who walked in and after 5 minutes of waiting for him, i walked out. I already had everything picked out. For the $500 for a thin suit that looks nice on a mannequin, go elsewhere. read more

I guess I had a pretty interesting review from this place, I think one thing they should be incredibly up front with at the beginning of the purchase or even when you get fitted, is that you can not return the suit. It takes a while to ship because it is coming in all the way from China so expect a 3-4 week wait til you find everything and it may not come fitted to your needs. I ended up spending around 250 for a nice suit, although I waited around a month to get the suit. I think better to just head to a tailor or another online alternative. The store is nice and the associates are nice too. I also believe you guys should allow a cash option when buying from the store. Will probably buy a suit from somewhere else the next time read more

I was looking to get measured for a groomsman's suit and decided to stop at this location on Monday 3/16 around 4:30pm. I went in and was greeted by one of the 2 workers just relaxing on the couch. No other customers in the store. The first thing he asked me was if I have an appointment. I responded and told him I didn't know an appointment was needed. He stated they were closing early today and he had 2 other appointments coming in and he could not take me as a walk-in. What he explained to me was understandable so I left. When I got to my car, I proceeded to book an appointment for the weekend. When I checked their website, they still had open appointments from 5pm-9pm for 3/16! So why was I lied to and denied? The guy made a million and one excuses just to avoid taking me. Totally unprofessional and horrible customer service. Luckily, I was able to go to another location in Manhattan AS A WALK-IN and they took care of me. read more

Went in to get a shirt and dress pants made. Received my order in a timely manner however, I required some small alterations. This is where things went downhill. I went in for one of their "Style Experts" to help figure out how much I needed altered and was told the alterations would be done by 2 weeks. When I returned to pick up the altered clothing, the shirt fit well but the trousers were still ALL THE WAY in my butt crack. I was told they would be altered further. When I returned for a 2nd time, the trousers were still incredibly tight. Once again I asked for alterations and returned for a third time. This time the seat was a little better but still riding up my crack. At this point I had fed up and took the trousers home. I Went to a local tailor who altered them in a few days and now they fit perfect. Good lesson learned here: Stick to a tailor you trust and avoid made to measure. Purchased a suit from Indochino department on July 4th, 2021 and was sent two horribly fitting, low quality suits before I went to this Indochino store. I was measured by the store manager and once again received a horribly fitting, low quality suit. It is now January 19th, 2022 and I have yet to receive a proper fitting suit or a suit with a higher quality then one I could purchase from Walmart. read more

Should have followed my gut and the reviews before going to this place. Subpar product and willingness to do anything outside of their personal schedules for customers who walk in the door is not a priority. I bought a $500+ suit, it was delivered and it fits terribly. I showed up as directed for any alterations and was told that they were too busy and I did not have an appointment. Mine you I was there 10 minutes before "opening" and there were 5 associates standing around and couldn't take 15 minutes to take care of me. Not to mention now I will have to go to my personal tailor because even the alterations will likely take 4-6 weeks and will not be back in time for the wedding. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR HERE. Apparently they will refund up to $75 for my alterations but would have been easier if they weren't all trained to say NO and to be useless to anyone who walks in. On a high note, ran into 3 friends on my way out and directed them to suit supply, happy their lack of ability to be nimble or agile just cost them 2k in business. If I could get a refund I would so I guess I'll just call my credit card company because product is s&$t! read more

I went to this location today 1/22/22 at about 12:30pm and was asking for a suit fitting. I did not have an appointment and neither did the people in front of me who were older well dressed men. They had almost all the workers in the store accommodating them but then when I asked to look at a suit I instantly got told that there were no appointments and that I had to come back at a later time. Not to mention they rubbed it in my face that I would be paying $548 for everything on the way out. I was very upset and put off by this experience being that I am a younger adult and they probably did not want to accommodate me because of that. I hate when this happens I wouldn't walk into a place I couldn't afford and waste anybody's time. Having experienced this I went to Brooks Brothers and purchased a much better suit and you guys lost my business and anyone who asked me you lost their business as well. read more
