Surrounded by mismatched antique furniture (all for sale), the atmosphere here is quirky but welcoming. Highly recommended for cream tea. The teapots are handpainted with Shakespearean stage scenes (my teapot featured my favorite play, A Midsummer Night's Dream). The scones are buttery and gigantic. And the clotted cream is heavenly. At £4.50 for English breakfast and a large scone, this was a phenomenal deal for such a memorable experience. read more
