It's staffed and clean and generally fairly decent play. Courts are divided from beginner to advanced play, and some courts will be made men-only due to the highest level of play. However, I've noticed that there is a unfortunate number of UT students who show up with their friends and monopolize the courts. The Premier staff don't do anything about this, which results in other paying guests having to sit out for long periods of time or simply be excluded if they didn't come with a full team of their own. I have left halfway through the evening on multiple occasions because I will get dropped from a 4-man team by 3 other kids who are saving a place for a friend, or who are absolutely unwilling to compromise and play 6v6 or anything else besides 4s. And of course, while the club does nothing to prevent this, they also refuse to give you a refund despite your wasted evening. I expect to return since this is the only club in the area that hosts open gym, but I will most definitely be warning others to play at their own risk.

Melissa is an absolute rockstar of a manager. She keeps everything running smoothly while still making the place feel fun and welcoming. She also makes the best cocktails and shots every single time. You can tell she actually cares about the people and the experience, and it shows. I love that the food is simple and exactly what you want while hanging out pizza, wings, mozzarella sticks. No gimmicks, just solid bar food that hits the spot. The whole vibe feels like a party from the early 2000s in your best friend's garage or barn good drinks, good people, and fun virtual games. It's way more relaxed and fun than a boring bowling alley. This is a true down to earth hangout where you can actually enjoy yourself without all the chaos or pretense. Great crowd, great staff, and such a cool addition to downtown Toledo. I'll keep coming back.

In the front is a bar area and the back area was filled with simulation pods. One family was playing baseball and the other was playing golf. It was so cool and such a great idea to put a place like this downtown! The bar area was really cool with a large garage door to open in the warner months, 3 different slushy machines (non-alcohol option as well), a claw machine and cold beer on tap. Great spot for a bar and fun activities to do inside.

There appeared to be favoritism toward certain players and families, while concerns from others were ignored or dismissed. Communication from leadership was inconsistent, and accountability for issues was lacking. Instead of resolving concerns professionally, responsibility often seemed shifted onto players or parents. Practices frequently felt disorganized, and some coaching lacked the experience and structure we expected from a competitive club program. Teams also seemed overcrowded, which made it feel like maximizing profit was prioritized over meaningful player development and equal opportunities for athletes. Another major frustration was that families were required to personally transport players back and forth to Mind Over Core workouts during practice times because the club did not provide transportation, despite the high fees already being paid. The stay-and-play hotel choices were also disappointing considering the financial investment required from families. In addition, the condition of the facility and parking/driveway areas showed a lack of upkeep and attention. Overall, our experience felt far more stressful than supportive, and I would encourage families to carefully research all club options before committing.
