Honestly, there's not much to do. The toddler area is cute. All of the bounce houses are kind of the same. The staff is pretty unpleasant. The carpet is horrendous. You pay for either two hours or unlimited time and after an hour the kids kinda get bored. read more

I went here as a child my father brought me here since I struggled with almost everything in my life. This place was great as my father would let me run off and play until I went to sit on a bench and got bullied by a group of 4 kids which let my father to be very angry as the parents would do anything about it. The staff did nothing about it. Clearly some parents haven't taught their children a proper way to treat others with kindness. To the staff they're pretty bad all they cared about was money. I don't recommend it if you above the age of like 4-5 at most you more than likely won't have fun and might be picked on! read more

This review is due to poor management and ownership. On 2/3/24 i attended for a birthday party and watched an altercation between a manager and mother (mind you holding a baby) and the mother was clearly upset and the manager wouldn't let the mother voice her mind, then looked the manager aggressively stepped towards the mother, I was embarressed for the employee acting so immature. I later heard through the whispers of other parents the mother still clearly upset from the actions of the employee was called "white trash" by that same employee. This is a really nice option for parents during the winter months. There are several playhouses and bounce houses, including a dedicated 3-and-under section. I took my two little boys, and they loved it. In my opinion, the only real drawback is the price. $14 and $10 for my four- and two-year-old, respectively. A little steep. Plus, you can't bring in outside food, so the cost can add up there, as well. But, overall, Sylvania Playland is pretty enjoyable. read more

Absolutely love to take my 14 month old niece here! She loves the "toddler" area which has ride on cars, ramps, slides, playhouses, ladders, and an inflatable obstacle course. She has just started walking so the toddler area keeps her safe while she has fun. There is ample padding along the walls and floors. There are also "big kid" playgrounds in the main open space with baby swings. It's just like the playground at the park, except shielded from the cold December weather! read more

I'm reviewing this place based on what my kids think of it. After all, that's why I go there right? An hour is plenty of time for your kids to release a whole lot of energy. They usually start slowing down at the end of that one hour mark. But that's my kids :) Place is actually pretty clean for the amount of people, and more importantly children. Bathrooms are also well kept. Toys: Big inflatable double slide. A scooby doo little adventure bounce house. An inflatable obstacle course. And a simple bounce house. (Kids three and under have their own little inflatable slide/bouncy house). And three or four playhouse/swing sets. Parents are now not allowed to join in the fun (boo) unless you're going in to help your kid (weight restrictions and safety). You can purchase snacks there. But they allow you to bring beverages (including a coffee, which you will definitely need!). They have party packages which are great! Kids always have a blast there. read more

This is a great place to bring kids on a rainy or cold snowy day. Lots of options in terms of play structures and bounce houses. There is an under 3 toddler play area and they are strict about age restrictions for the bounce houses. My 2 yo had so much fun there and was able to get some of that energy out on a cold winter day. read more

I took my daughter here September 21st. She's 15 months old and she loved it here. There's so much space for her to run around and play. I don't know of anywhere else in the Toledo are that has that much space for a toddler to play safely so I'm thankful that this place exists and to think I accidentally drove by this place 2 days ago. 17 mth old loved it although sharing in the 3 and under zone is is dicey lol. all the kids seemed to like it and we were there for an hour. Parents can go into the zone to help the little ones. Outside the toddler zone it's for ages around 4 to 6 I would say. There was a very disinterested person on phone in play area so it was up to parents or grandparents to keep an eye on things, and assist little ones. Cleanliness was average due to multiple little ones sharing. Bring hand and face wipes, it's a big indoor playground. read more

My husband and I decided to make the hour long drive here with our 14 month old last weekend. It was PACKED but I was very impressed with it. We of course had him int the toddler area which had tons of things he loved and he was so excited to get to run around and interact with kids his age, which he never does because I'm a stay at home mom and all of his cousins are older. The price was very reasonable and they only charge for the child, no admission charge for parents. We will definitely try to make it out there more often. Thanks for the great time! read more

I brought my son here for a birthday party with his friends. We had booked the birthday room for 2 hours of play and everything was going good until there was another group of boys that came in during our last half hour. The alpha male of the group karate chopped my son in the throat and proceeded to overthrow my sons party. I spoke with management but they would not throw this child or his friends out stating "They have paid for their time just as you have, this is a fully PvP enabled zone, if your son is unhappy with being overthrown then we suggest he fight back and re-seize his party" we will never come back here. Their slides were fun though. read more

My nieces really enjoyed this place (ages 5 and 7). We spent an hour there and it was about $13 total. You can sign up for their email and get a coupon for your visit. The front desk person didn't seem very enthusiastic but once you walk in the kids and the energy more than make up for it. read more

The establishment is relatively new, and they have done a great job maintaining its "newness". Appears to be very clean, spacious and well lit; with nice public restrooms. I was very impressed! Lots of things for my child to do at 1 1/2, he has no fear so he does a lot lol! I'll be back with my 8 year old nephew; they have glow in the dark mini golf and an arcade area he will love along with the bigger bouncy houses. I truly can't say enough good things about this place. My daughter is 8 and she has loved it here since she was 6. I myself as a mom love the snack bar. The nachos, ice cream, chips and soda. We came here for a birthday for my grandson, We only got as far as the arcade before a staff member let us know very unkindly that we could not bring our cupcakes to our table in the arcade because we had not paid 250.00 dollars for a party room.
