The recliners and heating pads were very comfortable and I tried the leg squeezers that gave me a massage while the IV went in. I felt immediately better. There is no insulation in the ceiling, so of COURSE it is loud. Further, the children these therapists are working with already have a hard time processing and dealing with explosions of emotion, and these types of people make it all that much harder. There are no questions, no politeness, nothing. Just entitlement as if she owns the building. SUPER frustrating and I'm hopeful that she understands what she's doing to these kids with her behavior and attitude.
