owners need to be there to manage the business, prices are really high. threading of 5' job $ 40, eyebrow tinting performed in a rush $30; waxing with no care in 2' $ 9; make sure to ask for someone caring & experienced. Many of them usually do in a rush & very poor job. I do not recommend tinting because they messed up ur skin & do not care about hi : I dont learn the lesson; giving the benefit of doubt; I tried a facial at $85 today; [[HIGHLIGHT]]the aesthetician was polite[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] however, the place was dirty, tiny room, I has to ask to replace the towel bc it was terrible dirty & multiple stains; not single products on table for the facial; no music, no candle or air refresher. ; no toner. I love coming here for my brow and lip needs. They are cheap and quick, the way I like it. The aunties are super cute and so nice. I've had three girls so far, two of each I really liked. One girl was good but we had a language barrier and she ended up doing my brows a little too thin... so just in case, make sure you communicate clearly to what you need! Currently with the pandemic, they accept walk ins despite what Yelp or google will tell you. You'll need to create or check in for an appointment when you walk in. They'll take your temp. The first day I came in to make an appt, the second day I returned for a 2pm appt with Sobiya. This place is pretty good. Wife had to get some Indian clothes tailored, which entailed some detailed and difficult work. We went to Ruby's collection Vienna and paid for tailoring there. Ruby's collection were extraordinarily lazy, and lied to us saying that's how the dress is supposed to look. BUT that's the other place. (And another review) We came to Indus and the tailor right away saw the flaws from Ruby collection. They knew how to fix it. It was not easy. They broke 3 needles trying to do the fix. But they did it! Dress looks great. Really happy with their work. They are pretty popuLar with the threading of the eye brows. They also sell clothes. Way cheaper than Ruby's Collection. This is the only place I go to get my eyebrows done. I've tried many and when I say many I've even driven 45-50 mins to other places just to get my eyebrows done. I had made a stop to Walmart one day and my eyebrows were looking kind of rough, checked for something close by and I'm so happy I found this place. Came here and met with the tailor to get sizing )for a blouse) for a sari I'm ordering online for a wedding in January. I was nervous and unsure what to expect, like the over achiever, worrywart that I am I printed out these in-depth instructions for the tailor which he looked over then flipped over and wrote out all the measurements he needs for the blouse and then asked questions about a skirt (or some other part) which I had no idea and he said he's get those measurements too because if he was going to make something it's what he would need to make it correctly!! I almost passed it so slow down when you get close. I came in this past week and everyone was friendly and very professional. The have tons of Desi clothing and fabric as well. Just ok service. I went on a weekday around 11am, they had no customers but they still made me sign in. I hate when they do that. I sat waiting, until the three women there had stopped conversing. I've been coming to Rashmi for eyebrows for years now! She's absolutely amazing! She has totally held my hand through the regrowth phase of my awful 90's brows. Remember those? Brows so sparse they disappear under camera flash! Not cute at all! Not only has she helped me grow my brows back, she's managed to get them to look even despite the scar I have running through the right one. I have yet to find anyone else with her attention to detail and level of care. It's honestly horrifying to feel like someone is rushing while doing your brows, but I never do with Rashmi, even though there is almost always a line of people waiting to see her. read more

Had a great experience! I came in to buy a lehenga for my fiancé's sisters wedding and I left with a gorgeous outfit. I went in with no idea of what I wanted and everyone in the store was "all hands on deck" to help me look perfect. This has been my go to place for eyebrow threading before COVID-19, however, the appointment system is messed up. Everytime I'm in town I try and book an appointment with the online system as directed. No one ever gets back to me to confirm my appointment!! When I call they tell me I cannot make an appointment over the phone and have to use the online system. If your business has an online booking system- you actually need to utilize it and confirm the appointment with customers (because online it explicitly says that this is not an appointment confirmation). I've tried this 5 times in the past few months and I now I have to look for another threading place because of this. Really disappointed since this is the only place I have been going since high school. I live 2 hours from Fairfax and used to make a point to come here when in town, but now I guess not. Eyebrow threading for $8? Yes, please. Sometimes when you come in there is a bit of a wait, but it is worth it. They do walk-ins, and everytime I have been there the wait is usually very small. The ladies here are great with eyebrows, they take their time and are friendly. I have recommended Indus to many people and will continue to come! read more

I wish I read some of the reviews on here before going in. If you are not Indian/speak their language, you will be ousted at this "boutique". I have been here maybe twice before with no incident, perhaps because there were no other customers, but the people who work here have no respect for non-Indian customers or know how to treat people with human decency. An elderly woman who looked like an owner or manager of this place talked poorly of me (literal sh*t), in front of all their customers because she knew I didn't speak the language. She said those things to the same young woman who then quickly threaded my eyebrows. She sounded and looked annoyed at the fact she "had" to thread my eyebrows. It was a very disappointing experience, I only tipped because, I as a young woman who has worked in the customer service industry, I realize the tips really make a difference for some people. In addition to the treatment, after leaving I realized how rough the woman was threading my eyebrow as as I had many bumps and a lot more redness than usual after getting home. I have a high pain tolerance so I didn't notice it that much in the moment, but I looked like I had a disease afterwards. I will not be returning, and suggest you take your money elsewhere if you'd like to be treated with some respect as a paying customer should be treated. Paying $2 more is worth it to leave the establishment feeling valued and beautiful. read more

I yelped to find some nearby options because I was too far from driving to my old stomping grounds for Indian clothing shops in Takoma Park, MD. Much to my delight, this place is a one-stop shop; I bough myself two outfits, as well as, an outfit for my 18-month old son. Furthermore, I was able to get one of my outfits altered in 24 hrs, and get my eyebrows threaded in the same venue. This review is for the boutique. I got a straight fit dress for $140 . I knew that I would not get a whole lot of options for a great price like in Jersey. However, I was expecting decent options for fair prices. 1. They were not willing to show me all the variety and wanted me to choose from the minimum dresses in display that didn't look fresh. One of the ladies said she cannot show from the new lot because of no tags. They were lying right in front of me. 2.
