Every time I enter the front door I'm welcomed with the smell of fresh lavender and tranquil sounds. This business is small and intimate. There is one bathroom, which is adequate for the space. I normally go during the day and I've never crossed paths with other clients. There is more than one massage therapist. If you book online it will tell you who offers the service your looking for. I always book my appointment by phone. It's just my preference to have verbal contact just in case I have questions. They offer massages, cupping, acupuncture, and retail items. About two weeks ago I had a cupping massage with Becca. It was very interesting to say the least. The cups felt cold when they were placed on my back. The cupping marks lasted about two weeks. I will try it again. Becca's customer service is awesome. She is very warm, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile. It's great to find a massage therapist your comfortable with. (This makes me feel all sorts of feelings! Why can't things stay the same and continue forever and ever?) However, nothing is forever, darling. I now see another amazing massage therapist at Indy Massage Company named Matthew. He is pretty great, and I look forward to relaxing on his table each month at IMC. He is intuitive and firm yet incredibly gentle, and I'm able to just surrender and let him work his magic. I've mostly only booked Swedish massages with him, but one time I booked a longer session where he really worked out the muscles in my upper back and shoulders, which really needed attention. Indy Massage Company is one of my favorite places in Indy, and I continue to love visiting this place when I can.

I was able to schedule a sports massage for the following afternoon. I let the masseuse know about the pain I was experiencing and she made sure I was open to cupping which allows the blood to flow more to the area. I was open to anything as long as it provided relief. During the massage she could tell how the muscles in the right side of my back were swollen and apparently I was a little tight on the left as well. I felt instant relief after the massage and finally had a full nights sleep since the pain began. She worked wonders and this will now be my spa of choice! Looking forward to booking my next massage! Aron is very transparent if she can't achieve your hair goal that show her; she'll do the best she cans, but not everyone is perfect, so PLEASE be flexible and open to Aaron's suggestions and thought process. I love how flexible she is in terms of scheduling; I was able to send her a text message and she replied really fast to book me for an earlier appointment. The location that she's in is really home welcoming and there is free parking. Inside the cottage there is also a little gift shop where you get purchase art, jewelry, Random accessories and sometimes clothing. They also have other services too like massages, so take a look into that when you're there. Heads up men, Aron can cut you guys' hair too.
