They lie about having full coverage on internet and their entire park the internet is sparse at best you'll need a mobile hotspot to get connected. Another good note is their prices are fair and reasonable their services are available as they say except for the internet just the unprofessionalism is astounding to me. This is what happens when you let a rich little girl that never work a day in our life run an operation like this. However despite all my criticism and my dislike for the management I would say that this is a decent safe quiet place to stay for your family just the unprofessionalism is unacceptable to me. The issues really started to arise the second day we were here and her helper co owner I don't know came and beat on the camper door because my truck tire was an inch into the mud next to the gravel and blame me for having to repair 4 inches of mud where the grass was gone which was clearly done way before we got here. Then we complained about the lack of Internet and it all went downhill from there instead of addressing these problems they chose to chastise us and treat us as lower than them which is not the case. Overall it seems like if you don't mind kissing their ass you'll be just fine here. We were here for 4 months. But I will say again it was not a bad place to stay I think it was just a misunderstanding between intelligent people and spoiled people. Good luck with your journey. The photo included shows how Petty this entire thing was and I didn't do it it was there when we got here. They beat on the door of the camper and scared the crap out of my wife while I was sleeping after work. The man whoever he is yelled at my wife about how he had to fix this and tag my truck whatever that's supposed to mean.

After a while, I put the truck in the park, walked to the office, and see there's a checkin box. Grabbed our info and started walking back to the truck and see 5 other people waiting to get in (people who live there). Never been to a park that doesn't have someone working on a Saturday or a sign saying chekin info is at office. Other than that the place was very nice. The spot we got was long and wide. The laundry room was big and everything was working. The bathrooms were nice and clean but it was funny they had a sign about not providing paper towels cause someone was putting them in the toilet. Overall nice place.

The good- Small waterpark, but the kids liked that and the exercise equipment. Bathroom were clean. They have an ice cream shop in the reception, and friendly staff. Lots of amenities nearby (McD, Starbucks, Mexican, etc) The bad- Close to I70, you can hear the freeway all night. Smallish campsites, not very level either, but they did have electric and water.

We asked them since they put us in this ridiculous site to not rent the other buddy site with hundreds of available spots THEY WERE RUDE RUDE RUDE and deliberately placed 2 separate rv's back to back. There is very little space at this KOA as it is let alone park a neighbor I don't know face to face. THIS KOA IS A 100% joke save yourself a lot of heart ache do not come here. We are full timers traveling all over the U.S. and this is theeeee worst worst idiotic incompetent sloppy nasty campground we've ever been to hands down. If your visiting Indianapolis pick a better campground your not missing anything here. We're leaving 5 days early. By the way they have children running the office and I warned them ahead of time this is not the site we wanted. They could have avoided this but there backwoods mentality can't comprehend

First of all, you have to understand one thing about me: I hate camping. Like, seriously, camping just sucks. But here, at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Lake Monroe, I actually kind of enjoy camping a tiny bit, because of these reasons: 1. They offer cabins! And they're super clean! And they come with full refrigerators, and TVs with cable, and full bathrooms with showers inside. And screened porches where you can relax on a summer's evening without having to worry about swatting away mosquitos. 2. They offer a full day's worth of activities for the whole family. When you check in, they give you a long paper that they've printed that lists all the fun they've planned for the time period that you're staying, broken down by the hour. So you can choose to participate in any number of family-friendly activities, like water balloon races, or bubble activities, or crafts, or water gun things. Every morning, you can meet up with Cindy Bear and do some stretches and say the pledge of allegiance. Kids love this stuff! This campground really caters to kids and families. Also, there are dozens of high school- and college-aged kids who work there who are constantly supervising and will start up random games of Simon Says or Red Light, Green Light with kids. 3. Besides the planned activities, this place has an amazing splashground and two pools. The splashground is like a splash pad and water park rolled into one: there are slides, bubblers, sprinklers and the like, with beach chairs around the water area. Next to the splashground is the playground and sandbox, which is where my kids spent a lot of time playing. 4. There's lots of other stuff to do, like hiking (we found lots of geodes!), or you can rent a go cart or golf cart and drive around, or play volleyball or basketball, or jump on the Jump Pillow, or mine for fossils, or play a board game in the recreation room, or get a scoop of ice cream at the Ranger Center. There is seriously so much to do here. I should also note that the people who work here are so friendly and will bend over backward to accommodate you. They are also super chill and totally used to kids being kids, so we felt completely comfortable during our whole stay. I can't say enough positive things about Jellystone Park. We had such a great experience, especially my kids, which is why I suffer through things like camping in the first place. We will definitely be back!
