Came to a flat tire at midnight after an all day studying session with friends in the Cal Poly Pomona library. Called Roadside assistance thru GEICO and they said that no one was picking up their multiple calls because it's common that after hours tow places don't pick up calls from GEICO when they see them on caller ID. I needed a tow and was working with two different roadside assistance services to try and get a tow from Claremont to Palm Springs (the nearest dealer to where I live) and was having no luck. I waited 4 hours with no ETA in sight, as they claimed that no tow company was willing to take the car that far (83 miles) and/or not responding at all. I reluctantly changed my destination to a closer dealership in hopes of getting a tow before dawn and an hour later, they told me someone was coming. Anthony showed up and we explained our situation. He said he would be willing to take the car to Palm Springs and helped to guide us on how to get that changed with the roadside assistance service. He waited patiently while I called and called and called to get the destination changed. We finally got it done an hour later and we all left. Anthony called to let me know that his boss had received the confirmation of the destination change and he is on his way to Palm Springs! He also let me know that he will be sending me pictures of where he leaves the car and the key envelop for the night drop! What great service! He ran into another snag when he got to the dealership because all entrances were blocked. He text me about it but said he would contact his boss and see what they can do. When he text me back, he said he spoke to a security guard who would be there all night and found a safe spot directly in front of the dealership. He sent me the pictures as promised and I was so grateful! It was a terrible night but Anthony and Inexpensive Towing saved us!
