Infamous Fitness Studio - Logo gym - Gyms Near Me - Hialeah, Florida

I'm going to write this review as impartially and respectfully as I can. Here goes nothing.... I've been a member of Porky's (yeah), Planet Fitness, Elev8tion, CrossFit gyms, YouFit, LA Fitness, Retro Fitness, and so many others. My most recent membership was with infamous since January of 2021 till today, August 2021. You can imagine I've seen a lot and honestly I'm picky about where I train. A few friends told me not to go to Infamous, that I wouldn't like it, but I wanted to try it myself. This gym is picture perfect until you step inside. It's smells, it's old, it's crowded, there's never any parking, and it's dirty. Let me get into the details. I've been thinking about leaving this gym for a while now and I was really giving it a chance because I can tell that the owners are trying their best to add newer machines and repair damages around the gym but... it's just not enough. They have five stair masters and only 1 works. The rest of the cardio machines are treadmills or old and beat up ellipticals/bikes. There are definitely not enough functioning cardio machines. About 80- 90% of the weightlifting machines are super old. There are not enough plates (weights) in all sections of the gym. The bathrooms are always disgusting (I won't even say what I saw and smelled today). Everything is dirty around the gym in general too. Whenever I ask for a spray to clean the machine they never know where it is... Even throughout COVID, they didn't have cleaning supplies... last but not least: parking. Parking is an awful situation here at any time of day. They also have a ridiculous $25.00 fee for a one-day pass. They don't let you try out the gym for free for a few days either. They don't let you have a guest either. They're standards are high but what they offer isn't even worth it. To me, it's the little things. That gym has potential but I'm not waiting around. I hope they read my review and I don't care if they hate me... they should thank me and work on these things so more people who actually keep their membership there. read more

This is a real bodybuilders gym. Awesome black and red color scheme, motivational quotes on the wall like "Shut Up and Squat!!!," And it's never really super packed. It's perfect to workout any kind of body part, they just added rowers and other cardio machines, and they have more unconventional cardio equipment like battle ropes, tires, a sledgehammer, and punching bags. They have a smoothie bar in the gym, and they also sell protein snacks, Cuban coffee (clutch), and other energy drinks. And the playlist is read more

This is a true bodybuilders dream. Spacious, new machines, great trainers and best of all nobody bothers you. Most customers are experienced and know to be polite and put weights back . Ok so how do I begin, I've read these reviews and everything detail is true. I was an employee up until last week. The owners are super disrespectful towards there own staff and customers. The bathrooms were never cleaned during my time there because they were no cleaning products. They owners create ally of beef between the star because of pay and because they just don't like you and when you defend yourself you are wrong every time. I worked there for 9 months, and it was hell, it was constant arguing and drama for stupid reasons. There are a lot of things that happen on a daily basis that the customers don't see. This place is horrible and I will NEVER step foot in there again. And yes they overcharge you for everything. read more

We've been coming here for some time but as time has passed it's gotten progressively gotten worse or I've noticed MORE things. The gym looks really cool and "rustic" but one thing is rustic and another thing is plain disgusting. The machines are dusty as hell and you can tell they are never wiped down by staff. The cardio machines are full of trash like coffee cups or never even work to begin with. The benches or the leg machines are so old that the cushion cuts you because they are all ripped and exposed. There are dead cockroaches by the leg press machine. The bathroom is another horror story, every time you walk in there in it literally smells like urine everywhere and the toilet is full of piss. The parking is the loveliest thing of all, because parking is super limited, you have to park your car behind someone else. Nearly all of the time nobody writes their info, So if you're in a hurry to leave you have to literally ask the whole gym to see who's car it is. I'm all for helping small business owners, but going a disgusting gym that some of the machines are falling apart is not worth my money. read more

Great warehouse gym. This isn't a gym to socialize, its a gym to focus and work. Great music to help you motivate. Its pretty empty at almost all hours, so there is no waiting in line like most other gyms. Unlike commercial gyms, people are here for one reason and one reason only, the make some gainz!! Affordable prices for their membership, and great prices for their products. They have all kinds of machines, from old-school machines, to newer machines, to free weights. The only problem I have is the parking. There isn't much parking, but at the same time, you'll always find somewhere to park. read more

I enjoy attending this gym because it is spacious, it has plenty of equipment, and people usually re-rack their weights after they've finished using them. Which is a rare trait to find in Hialeah. I think what would make the gym better is if they lowered the music on the speakers just a bit, I struggle to listen to my music, with my headphones on at full volume. Most gym members have headphones on, so I don't see why they need obnoxiously loud music playing in the background. Additionally, it seems like parking is an issue, but what exacerbates the problem is that people tend to park in a manner that takes up several spots, or they park far in enough to not allow another gym goer from parking behind them, making it more difficult to park, considering the surrounding businesses may not take kindly to gym goers parking in a non-gym parking spot. Heaven forbid someone parks behind someone else, and they'd have to ask for that person to move their car for them to exit. Finally, they should have antibacterial wipes available throughout the gym, it'll encourage people using the equipment to wipe it down once they're done using it. A little common respect for the gym goers would go a long way. read more

I simply called to ask if the facility offered a one-time day pass to try them out since they clearly don't respond to messages. This one individual informed they charge $10 to try them out and in a condescending manner stated and I quote: "This is a business". Implying that just because it's a business there is nothing free. You guy's need some customer service classes. That's not how you handle what could've been a future client. From that alone you lost me and will take my business elsewhere. read more

Service is beyond terrible at this place no sense of organization can't even tell who works there and who doesn't I walked in with my girlfriend last week to check it out since I live 3 minutes away and was asked if I either wanted a day pass or membership before we were even greeted. Made it pretty clear they only care about money also machines were kinda old and some even broken. Much rather pay the same amount at LA where it's much bigger more variety and everything works and modern. read more
