Not the most modern of equipment but it will do the trick. I don't like the hours too much. As of this writing expect a close down at 10pm and Saturdays until 4pm, even shorter for Sunday. Right now $30.00 a month gets you a no-nonsense monthly membership with no contracts or scams. Parking can be a challenge here as they share the space with a Sedanos supermarket.

Everyone who works here is also very welcoming, so you get excellent customer service. F45 is my favorite among interval gyms because I am not a fan of treadmills and running- but that preference is up to you. They also have more space than some F45s. So many years working out and I am still learning, tweaking, and realizing I have been doing sets all wrong. I always got a great workout in every session. I also enjoyed that he offered 5am classes and additional boxing classes on Wednesdays. I started off paying a promotional package of $497 a month which never changed. This package included fat body analysis, Monday-Friday classes and occasional Saturday classes, a meal plan and all the extra things which i never really saw or experienced. I loved the women in the group and became very close to some of the women there. What i do not like about this gym - -First off, Lance is unprofessional. The last two conversations we had he literally was arguing with me. He pretty much disrespected me when i voiced my opinion. It is not okay for him to disrespect his clients at all. He makes excuses about everything and if he needs to take a day off and close the gym, he expects his clients to adjust on his time not theirs. For example, He is taking two days off next week and expects his clients to adjust on a Saturday. Saturdays are already included in my "VIP Package" and Saturdays are not convenient for me in the first place. If I do not show up on Saturday I pretty much lose out on my prepaid session. When this was brought to his attention, he became very defensive and pretty much told me he doesn't even need to give me an explanation and that he can just tell me the gym is closed. He was extremely rude to me and argumentative. -For paying 500 a month the equipment at his gym is falling apart. 2 out of the 5 treadmills work. The rower does not work. The mats are crumbling to pieces. The spinning bikes are old. The weight machines are old and outdated.The monthly memberships are not cheap. You would think that the condition of the equipment would be better than it is. - He was usually late. My sessions started at 5:00 AM. He always showed up at least 5 minutes late. There were several times where he overslept and would be 20 minutes late and tell us to run a mile around the building. I never said anything because, I understand that things happen however, he would give his 6am clients a hard time about being late. Again, very unprofessional. If a client is late they are losing out on the session, not you. I sent him a courtesy text once that I was not going to class because, i felt sick and he made the other member adjust because he was not going to show up to the gym with only one person being there (mind you, these classes are already prepaid). She actually asked me not to send him anymore messages if i decided to miss a session so he would not adjust her time again. - He never did a fat body analysis that was included in my package. I never pushed for it but, if you include something in a package you should follow through with it. - Lastly, In the end of October I ended up getting sick with COVID and I told him I would return to the gym when I was better. I lost out on the last week of October. He still expected me to pay for the month of November even knowing I was not going to be there due to Covid. Out of respect for his 30 day policy, I told him I would pay and give him my 30 day notice (although he never enforced this from the first day I started the gym). I lost out on 2 weeks and decided I would not return to his gym anymore after he was rude to me after I sent him payment. I do not appreciate the way he spoke to me and he was very disrespectful to me. I was a member of this gym since June 2021 and since I have started 7 women discontinued their memberships. One of them actually stopped going because he was also rude to her. I did not deserve this and I feel like an idiot for even paying him the month. I respectfully asked him to refund my money for November because, I did not deserve to be disrespected and he ignored my messages and has not refunded my money. I pretty much gave him 500.00 for November. I appreciate honest Reviews and hopefully this review will improve this business and help others in deciding whether they want to become a member.

Bring your own towels (2) one to sit on and one to use for wiping sweat away. The sauna is nice and new with light therapy and several programs like detoxification etc...perfect for sitting but no laying down or stretching out during session. 1 Star -- This Location Continues to Decline…read more I've been a member at this location for quite some time, including when it was previously operated as 24 Hour Fitness. Unfortunately, since Crunch Fitness took over, the condition and management of this gym have steadily declined, and it seems to get worse with each passing month. The current manager, Alex G., has been extremely rude in his interactions with multiple members of my family. Based on other Yelp reviews, we apparently are not the only members who have had issues with him. What is particularly frustrating is that, despite repeated complaints, district management appears to have taken little or no meaningful corrective action. The overall condition of the gym reflects the lack of management and staff accountability. The sauna is once again not working. Weights and attachments are routinely left scattered throughout the gym, with little to no enforcement of re-racking rules. Bathroom hand dryers are broken, sinks are dirty, and some sink bowls are actually separating from their holders. Equipment and other items remain broken or poorly maintained. Meanwhile, it is common to see six or more employees behind the front desk talking among themselves while these problems continue throughout the facility. There appears to be very little effort to maintain the gym, enforce basic rules, or hold members accountable for leaving equipment and weights wherever they please. Another concerning issue is the response--or lack of meaningful response--to the numerous negative Yelp reviews. Someone appears to be replying to many of the one- and two-star reviews with what seem like generic, automated customer-service responses acknowledging the complaints. Yet despite these repeated acknowledgments, there appears to be little to no actionable follow-up or visible improvement at the gym. It makes me wonder who is actually reading and responding to these reviews and whether these complaints are ever reaching someone with the authority to make meaningful changes. Hopefully, at some point, someone at the district or corporate level who has the authority to address the management, staffing, maintenance, and accountability issues at this location will actually read these reviews and take corrective action. At this point, this location needs serious attention from upper management--not another generic response or temporary fix. The problems appear to stem from poor management, lack of staff accountability, inadequate maintenance, and an overall lack of attention to the member experience. Myself and three members of my family currently have memberships here, and we are seriously considering canceling all four of them. It is extremely disappointing to watch a gym we have used for years deteriorate to this level while repeated complaints regarding management and the condition of the facility seemingly go unanswered. Crunch Fitness district and corporate management should take a serious look at what is happening at this location. Members don't need another automated apology--they need someone with the authority to actually fix the problems.
