I tried this Youfit first since it is closer to work, and immediately did not like it. The front desk girl was not helpful when I checked in for my free pass, the free weight racks were basically empty and it was only 1 in the afternoon. I wanted to join Crunch, but there are none close to me, and was hoping this would be a strong second, it was not. I ended up joining the other Youfit nearby after trying them too and having much better interactions with the staff and actually being able to find free weights most of the time. The other location was also cleaner and the equipment in much better shape. Definitely disappointed in this one. read more

Weights are never where they need to be. I'm constantly on the hunt just to find the other half of a pair of 15s Staff consists of people who don't care about their job at all. I see maybe a couple of people who are constantly cleaning and they actually do their job. Rates were raised, discounts were taken away, and you would think the place would atleast be nice and organized. read more

This YouFit location on Coral Way and 87th avenue is a real gym for the common person It's very spacious and clean plenty of treadmills and elipticals. Plenty of free weights and weight machines also. The bathrooms have lockers and showers too. They also have a small but very well thought of personal training area. I say all this because the 70th and Coral Way You fit which is way way smaller has decided to cater to the personal training crowd even though it's tiny compared to the 87th Ave Youfit. They removed machines and valuable space for the real members. Advice Don't try to be like all the others in your area yes you You fit on 70th and Coral Way there are 10 REAL personal training locations within 1 mile radius of you!! read more

It is what it is. The gym has what you need for a good price but nothing more. You have to deal with loud music, broken machines, unracked weights, empty paper towel dispensers, etc. If you want to be in and out and get a workout for a cheap rate, this location is for you. If you are expecting more, you may want to look elsewhere. read more

This YouFit is one of the newest locations I have been to. I'm so glad that YouFit modernized all of their gyms starting in 2021. The new aesthetic is bright and clean and inviting. No longer are they dark, green and purple. I wish this location had more 10-30lb dumbbells. These fly off the shelf around peak time. I'm going to share my gym philosophy now that I'm here: 10 mins walk; 3 exercises on dumbbells or machines, 10 mins of walk, that's about an hour, three times a week or as needed, and I'm done! YouFit Westchester is a typical miami gym. no gym management, the trainer blasting their speaker so that everyone in the gym has to hear there racket. i wouldnt recommend this gym to anyone unless you want a night club experience. all that's missing is the bar. what is amazing is that there is never any management to regulate this behavior. In addition the gym is dirty and the equipment remains broken for months. this is a rat hole. unfortunately this gym has a lot of potentia. read more

Regrettably, YouFit's extraordinary potential is wasted because of a lack of professional management. YouFit's low ratings stemmed from poor customer service, leading to low customer retention. It could be that locations are franchised or a Miami cultural issue; it lacks corporate policies standardizing management. When I see a good review, it comes from someone new to the gym's environment and not familiar with the customer-oriented corporate America. I have been visiting the location at 8755 SW 24th ST for two weeks now (I have previously visited a nearby location at Flagler Street), and what strikes me is the lack of leadership. I don't get how someone can make such an investment and not have someone capable of running the place. Employees need directions, guidance, and leadership. I found out that someone else just complained about the same issue I communicated to the front desk yesterday (I attached screenshot): some "personal trainers" playing a boom-box with a very personal choice of music, not even workout music, because apparently, they think is "cool", like a group of teenagers partying at home! It isn't enjoyable. I told the lady at the front desk, and it seemed she thought she had to side with them because they were co-workers. I tried to explain to her that many members got earpieces listening to their workout music and that loud sounds were not appropriate, but she justified it with "they're in private classes." The two and three ladies with them don't seem to be tuned in to their music, but they're young and inexperienced, and there is no manager or supervisor around to address the problem. The fact is that I have been visiting gyms since the late 90s, and I have never seen this; usually, big screen TVs spread around location streaming workout-related content. As I said, the ratings for YouFit are low, mostly because people feel mistreated: will they address it? Time will tell. read more

Great customer service and gym. Full of equipment for a full workout and helpful trainers. They dont ask you to pay for a trainer to guide you with some basic workouts. The sauna is great and the fact these showers jave a door and not a curtain is a step in the right direction. read more

I don't know what's going on, but in the last month the quality of this gym has declined by a LOT. A lot of the equipment doesn't work (most treadmills are unplugged) and there are weights everywhere. That said, the cleaning crew is always on top of the cleanliness of bathrooms and at the end of the day it's cheap. read more

My FAV Youfit is town! So many machines and the location has a lot of room and machines are spaced out with a lot of social distancing. It has a variety of machines. Massaging chairs and Youfit cinema available to exercise. Staff is friendly and attentive. Try out the massaging chair, they are soooo worth it. Membership is only $10 per month and a steal. I am a bit far from this location but i don't mind making the extra time to drive over here read more

Horribly busy, nobody reracks. I tried to go to the gym here, but the times I've gone, I had to leave because it was too packed.

Gym is clean and spacious and staff is awesome. Machines are in fantastic condition. But the only thing missing for 5 stars is when are they going to open the showers!!! Bars, restaurants are open. Don't even bother. You'd be lucky to even get through the door successfully. Went there today since they finally opened and I only joined Youfit because this one was so close to my house. When I got there, I get stopped at the door. They ask if I had a towel. I said yes. They didn't believe me and required me to prove it. So I took out the towel. Then they offered me hand sanitizer. I said no need because I have my own. They said it wasn't an option. Fine, I took some sanitizer. When I finally got through security checkpoint, I walked in and scanned my membership card. They stopped me and ask me to scan it again. So I did. Then they asked for my phone number. I gave it to them. Then they asked for my name. I gave it to them. Then they told me they would have to give me a new card because that one wasn't working. I told them that's impossible, as I have been using it at the Flagler location with no problems. Then they told me they needed to take my member photo. I told them I did that months ago and repeated that I had been going to the Flagler location for a while now. They said, "Well, the Flagler location must've deleted the photo." What? That makes no sense! So I finally told them , "Forget it. I'll just go back to the Flagler location." When I got to the Flagler location, as always, I had no security checkpoint to deal with and no issues with my membership card...and finally got to work out in peace without all the BS. These people are clearly clueless and the computer system isn't even working. read more

Best gym in Miami! They have 2 or more of each machine, special calve machines that not every gym has, inspirational quotes on the walls, are very clean, have a MOVIE THEATER - where you run / bike/ or row while you watch a movie, and superb staff. The manager, Alvin, greets you by name, and always makes me so glad am there. Josh, Julie, Kat, Erica, and the trainers, are so welcoming. always smiling, and laugh with me each time I show up ( because I tell them that I am " going to the movies"). Today after weeks of been picked on by the staff because they didn't like my guess (my wife) I was treated with so much disrespect as I arrived i check in showed my wife DL I was left waiting in purpose just because, when I asked why I was being passed over they got really nasty with me and my wife, at one point 4 or 5 employees were attacking us taking photos of my personal information and treating us that we will not be allow in any other gym. I joined the YouFit gym on 87th Ave and Coral Way on March 19, 2022. I basically only went for a month since I got injured. I went to cancel my membership on May 5, 2022. At that time I was told that due to my type of membership, I would not have to pay the $10 cancellation fee but would have to pay another monthly fee of $26.74 even though I was not coming back to the gym. Not exactly a bargain! Now that I am checking my credit card statement, I find that they have also charged me a $53.49 annual fee. So of course I am furious!! I called the gym and the lady said there was nothing she could do since it was company policy. What a ripoff! Buyer beware! I am guessing that they survive partially because of ripping off their customers in a similar manner. Was considering go back to YouFit after a few months of rest, but no one gets to rip me off a second time! I wish I could give YouFit a rating of zero. One is too good for them! read more
