On one of my first visits, the doctor used a manual, more invasive adjustment; something that really surprised me given the nature of my injury and what I had shared about my pain. Unfortunately, that adjustment caused a significant increase in pain, and while I appreciated that he never used that technique again, the damage had already been done. I continued care longer than I probably should have, trying to trust the process and hoping things would improve. But the pain never got better, it intensified and began affecting new areas of my spine and lower back that hadn't been painful before. Eventually, at the recommendation of my primary care provider, I stopped chiropractic treatment altogether. I understand that every body responds differently, and some people may have positive experiences here. But I do wish there had been more attentiveness to how my body was responding early on. If you're considering chiropractic care after an accident, please listen to your body and advocate for yourself if something doesn't feel right.

I had a lot of pain for years and had physical therapy and cortisone injections several times which did not reduce my pain. I went to Dr. Marc for an adjustment to see if that would help since my pain level was around 8. After a consultation and adjustment he told me about a therapy called decompression therapy. I made an appointment for this therapy and after several appointments I felt a definite change. I saw him once or twice a month and eventually stopped using my cane. I've always had…read moreextremely good experiences with my Dr's their medical assistants and the entire team including the front desk, care team as well as their lab technicians. I had Dr Howard, Dr Nair, and now Dr Palupu. Every one of these Dr's has upheld providence's care. I always feel listened to, heard and given options. I'm always able to get an appointment easily through my chart they are usually booked out 2 weeks to 1 and a half months depending on your Dr and time of year once you are a patient. When I'm with my drs I feel that I am given quality attention (I always feel heard) and they are not worried about running off to the next patient and if they need to explain and talk to you more in depth and take the time they do. I feel I've never been judged or given attitude while at this location. I love the aquarium in the lobby, it really soothes anxiety before appointments.

This facility is a definite go to for ur needs. To justify the four star rating - two hours later, we went to our preferred pharmacy to pick up my medicine, only to find it was not available. After calling, we found to my irritation, that the facility had not called in my prescription. I was intensely disappointed as I was anxious to start my treatment. Other than having to wait another hour for my medicine, the experience was overall positive.
