Dr. Reddy is by far one of the BEST doctors in the Washington DC area. His entire practice is a…read morerole model for how all doctors should work. I've been a patient of Dr. Reddy going back to about 1998 when Dr. Reddy took over a practice from a retiring doctor. I was 29 years old. Starting with our first few appointments, Dr. Reddy spent so much time to understand my current and past health, I was almost concerned I was his only patient. Of course I was not his only patient, that's just how Dr. Reddy works, and he works hard long hours. I'm a complex patient with a variety of health issues requiring many different specialists who have performed countless surgeries. Dr. Reddy has been indispensable with his specialist recommendations. Dr. Reddy talks to the other specialists involved in my care, so they all work together to develop a cohesive plan for my health care and to ensure no risks aren't understood and mitigated where possible. Fast forward to 2026 and now I'm 56 years old and in better health now than back in 1998. He has always given me honest to the point advice on how to improve my health and encouraged me as much as any professional can. He helped me set and meet goals. He also holds me to the fire when I could be making better choices. Dr. Reddy communication style is friendly and warm, inquisitive and compassionate. He seems to be always learning and keeping his medical skills fresh with the latest and greatest medical advancements, even 27 years later. Thankfully for his own life -and family, he has recently become a concierge Doctor which for me is even better! No matter what, with Dr. Reddy, every patient is important, the details matter, patient comfort and trust matters. These goals require a doctor who has a true heart wanting to help others, who is willing to spend extra time with his patients rather than build a super sized practice with way too many patients where care falls short and you are just a medical file. The front office staff and the other medical assistants, phlebotomist are always friendly. The office will always work with the patient to schedule an appointment that works with the patients schedule. I can often be seen the same day, sometimes within an hour! The wait isn't bad if any at all and the office is comfortable and tidy. Thank you to entire team and of course a super BIG thank you to Dr. Reddy!! Highly recommended!

The whole experience is like a nightmare! I called to see if I can send my results, as earlier in…read morethe week, I was told they had the referral and not the results. "Could I e-mail you my results?" This question was met with "Who told you you could e-mail the results. We don't accept e-mailed results!" I said that I was not told I could I was just inquiring. That followed was not any better. The rudest receptionist got ticked off when I said while he was quiet, "so do you have something for me?" "Mam, I am looking!"   I just wasn't sure what to make out of the long silence on the other side! So, when I said after waiting "do you have someone else than that one doctor?" "Mam, I am looking at everyone." Upon inquiring later in June, he was so rude that I asked him why are you so rude and a jerk? I expressed my concern that I previously called and was told they did not get my results. Even that was wrong. They do have my results! They can't even get that right! I said, this is rude; why are you yelling at me? At that point he said, he is not rude and doesn't have to listen to me and hung up on me! To think that I was going to give this office another chance. I saw dr. Posorske in 2016 after being diagnosed with Lyme. A sImilar situation where the office didn't get the results, and she was rude too. In fact, it seems to me that the reason this office exists is to be rude to patients! When I explained in 2016 that I was referred to them, my NP believed that my Lyme was not diagnosed for months to make sure I was okay. This is what I got: " So, you think you had it? Did you ever take antibiotics previously to being diagnosed? So, yes. Well, what do you want from me then? You were treated even if you had a sore throat and got antibiotics for that. Goodbye!" I am not making this up at all. This is a medical practice that treats its patients like dung! If you have a concern, do not go there. Unless you enjoy being treated like crap. One star is 5 stars too many!

She has nearly two decades of experience in treating HIV and other infectious diseases. Dr. Posorske is a medical vanguard and advocate who continues to combine her experience as a practitioner and researcher to advance a better understanding of HIV and champion more effective cutting edge treatments for the disease with the ultimate goal of realizing a cure. Dr Posorske's tireless and compassionate efforts span the early 1990s when few HIV physicians existed, the arsenal of HIV treatment regimens were meager and the prognoses for survival were often dire. Yet, her tireless and innovative intervention methods resulted in many lives being saved as pressure increased on FDA to increase clinical trials and release a cocktail of HIV drugs, including Protease Inhibitors to stem the overwhelming mortality rates in the 1990's from the disease and its opportunistic infections. Thanks to charter efforts of HIV physicians such as Dr Posorske, and the medical staff at Montgomery County Infectious Diseases, patients are no longer medically avoided and shunned, but treated with dignity and given a renewed sense of hope.
