It was a very seamless experience and I highly recommend. It's a tiny two person office with an ipad to check-in since there's no receptionist. The woman working there answers the phone when you call and was friendly and make it easy to schedule an appointment which I got for the next day. I brought my grandson here to get a travel PCR test. After a long wait in an almost empty waiting room ( 35 min past my app time ) the doc finally brings us in. He gave no apology or any acknowledgment for his tardiness. I explained to him, the test was for my GS, although booked under my name, and I had registered him on comp. in waiting area. I could see he was not quite grasping the SIMPLE situation, and became combative and even more snarky as I was inquiring information regarding travel requirements. The entire country has "pivoted" and accommodated extreme circumstances far more effectively than this. There's never an excuse for this type of rudeness! Shame on you for not helping your patients.
