Apeiro Timeless Beauty may have completely broaden my perception on skin care. I have not always been one to really do much for my skin but wash it and put coconut oil on it. Now, I may need to keep Apeiro as apart of a new routine. For an entire week I've been using the Apeiro Advanced Deep Moisturizer, Facial Skin Peeler and Shaving Cream. Surprisingly, these products are near odorless. The shaving cream has a slight floral or cologne like fragrance that's very slight but it's great. Neither item feels like a ton of chemicals that are going onto your skin. The deep moisturizer and facial peeler comes in these white boxes with gold dusted lightly into the tone. The moisturizer has two thin blue stripes on the front left side of the box while the peeler has two silver stripes on it. Upon opening the deep moisturizer box you'll find this little spoon which I used to spread the cream like smooth warm butter over toast. Odorless, white, velvety feel once you open the sleek plastic clear encase that covers the gold top. The spoon kept me from using too much cream and allowed me to evenly space out the product to create a thin layer over my skin. Let sit for about 3-5 minutes and then I washed it off with warm water to flush the pours. My skin felt instantly smoother than before in under 10 minutes. The moisturizer I used daily twice a day especially in this heat with my constant sweating and challenges my pores are facing under the sun. Next, I used the shaving cream about twice a week. The shaving cream Premier by Deep Sea Premier has minerals that you cant feel but nearly smell that reminds me of an ocean breeze. With my sensitivity to razors it was a great relief to feel that after applying the product, there's a slight tingle that feels really good as if my facial hair was standing at attention as if a lightning storm was close by. It made shaving a breeze. Especially since I use a single blade razor for the optimal close shave. The product comes in this sleek dark olive green plastic squeeze bottle unlike the facial peeler and the moisturizer. After shaving and rinsing off the remainder, my skin was as smooth as a new born baby. Even my lady noticed the difference after using the product. Lastly, the facial peel. This is the once a week gem that seems to be the real glue that makes all the other products come together. Coming in a similar clear plastic jar with gold top as the moisturizer, the peel cream however is more of a gel. Its interesting to look at at first. Its transparent with what appears like gold dust (minerals) spread throughout. Inside the box comes a spoon that is used to spread the product throughout my face evenly and let dry. Using my hands these products in the application phase would destroy the product so the spoon helps with perfecting the smooth layout. After allowing to sit on my skin, I begin to notice as it dries, it flakes up as if my actual dead skin cells a departing from me with no scrubbing necessary. It's amazing to watch When ready I just rinse with cool water to close my pours. Overall, for someone who does not necessarily make the time to truly treat their skin the way it should be done, I appreciate how easy and smooth this process is. My skin has never felt smoother or clearer than the last week I've been using the products. I'd definitely recommend this for men who are also traveling too because the facial peeler does not take long to do as other products and I believe Apeiro to be a great natural product for any man to enjoy the results of. read more

Just as one of the other commenters had said, it is indeed very sad how pushy and desperate for a sale, preying on older women and their insecurities. You'll notice that the strategy is to have someone standing outside of the stall or their store, passing out a sample cream saying, "Miss, for you! FREE." Obviously, in the business world and marketing, you will need catchphrases and things to be said are free in order to attract customers. I purchased the $300 syringe sized cream that's meant for wrinkle lifting, supposedly supposed to be IMMEDIATELY affective. It is the size of your finger, which they claim to last a year. They don't even let you talk, they just keep pushing and pushing. The lady told me that I could receive a free facial that is 20 minutes long, and apparently worth $600. Right.... cause a 20-minute facial would be that costly. Anyway, since I already purchased the cream for my mother, I might as well have taken her to it. We arrived at our said appointment a week later, and all they did was sit my mom down in a chair, talk about the "flaws" on her face and make her feel insecure enough to buy a bundle of three creams, for a "HUGE SPECIAL SAVING OF $20,000." Wow, the audacity. It wasn't even 14 minutes into just a bunch of talking, I shook my head, and stopped the lady right there and told her that we are not being dragged into a fake facial promise in order to purchase a $7000-20,000 product. I stated the woman who set the appointment/sold me the product said we would receive a damn facial, so why are you having my mother sit in a chair and all you do is put a smidge of cream on one side of her cheek and that's it? I took a picture of her face and said there is absolutely no result, so stop with the preying on people's insecurities. She said my mother, who is ASIAN that her skin wasn't white enough. Excuse me?? As soon as I told them we're done, and that we're leaving, they caught an attitude and treated us like some low-class. My wife love this place! Their products are amazing. I bought her their Apeiro line peeling gel and moisturizer and it makes her skin glow. I thought at the beginning it's not cheap but the products last for a really long time. So I have to admit well worth the money. And more then that the results are outstanding!!! She just signed up for their yearly treatment. I have been going to Bloomingdales for the longest lookig for products and services but never found something good. I think now after the last time we went there i will try one for myself! I love the way my wife is all glowing now and have the great energy around her. My favorite monthly appointment! I have to share with you what an experience I have been having in the last 4 months. I was on my way to Nordstrom to pick up a package when I was offered a sample by a young lady at a stand, now usually I rush in and out of the mall but she said that this is an eye system that gets rid of lines beneath the eyes. To tell you the truth I'm a bit skeptical about "miracle cures", but I'm so disappointed with my combination of serum prescription from my dermatologist and my night/day cream from Lancôme. Anyway I gave it a try and in about 6 minutes there was a noticeable difference in one of my eyes, i got both products for eyes - with instructions hand written for me how to use each and before I went the specialist pointed upstairs to the home spa and said that they do treatments for the entire face and asked if I was interested. I replied "no thanks", and she gave me her card and said if I change my mind I could talk to her. I continued with the eyes for a month and my eyes ABSOLUTELY TRANSFORMED, most of the lines were either erased or cut down noticeably, I called the specialist and made an appointment for a consolation (usually costs 600$, she gave it to me for 400$ because I called her!). I could go on and on but long story short, I signed up for the year program collegian treatment, I come once a month for my lifting facials (which are the best I've ever had), and have specific instructions for my products at home, the products are "pricy" but they actually change the parts of my face I was formally uncomfortable with. RUN -- don't walk away from these con artists! This company employs extremely well trained young salesmen (no women by the way) who want to convince you that they are selling the Fountain of Youth. They'll tell you that their products are an alternative to plastic surgery and will take years off your face. They'll stop you in the mall and do a demo of an eye cream that seems to make wrinkles magically disappear and hint that if you buy into their product line, this will be the result. It is nothing more than a temporary tightening cream, such as you see sold on late night TV, whose effects are gone in a few hours. And the prices! Well, actually there is no set price as it seems to be whatever they can squeeze out of you. They will start at around $15,000 (yes, you read it right) for a one year program that they swear will last for years. Then they will negotiate, haggle, cajole and do just about anything to get you to sign on. They will make fake phone calls to "the boss" to see if they can offer you a "special deal." They will keep lowering their price until you bite. They will show you shopping bags of their products that have supposedly been ordered by customers with totals sometimes topping $20,000. However, I soon realized that those same bags were stacked behind the counter month after month. Included in the package are monthly "free" half hour facials, but the suggested tip is basically the price of a facial in a regular salon setting. There are no prices posted anywhere and I'm surprised the Dept. of Consumer Affairs hasn't investigated them. Warning: If they think you are Jewish they will play on that and offer you an even better "special" deal. The heck of it is, the products are not bad. But I'm sure you can get equal quality collagen products that do not cost $500+ for a small jar. Hold onto your wallet if you see these guys in the mall. read more

I recently purchased skin care products from Beauty Me By Adore in the north east end of Roosevelt Field Shopping Mall. After a quick facial to test the product, a few days later my skin became irritated and I experienced blemishes. At the point of purchase, although the skin specialist agreed to take back the merchandise if I was not fully satisfied, when I attempted to return the products I was told that there were no refunds. As many other reviews I was also approached by a lady who offered miracles and willing to know more about it I entered the store. I end up buying the serum after two price reductions and the promise of an one and a half hour facial. A few days later I was there for my facial which end up being just seating on the chair get my hair tightened up and having a 50 minutes (more than half of the time was just talking) of three products on half of my face. They said that consultation was $600 and the treatment $12,000 for a year, but wait the price reduced due to the opening of a new branch to $6,000. They claim to have extensive research (years) but I could not find anything online besides their own website. The lady looked at me and said I was going to be shocked with the difference which neither my son or fiancée could tell which side I had the facial done. I would not recommend them as they are not professionals, just salespersons. These people are foreign scam artists that are highly skilled in flattering and pressuring people into buying products that are not even worth what they make people pay for them! It is VERY unusual to me that the sales rep tried to sell me 2 products at a very high price, and as I was not interested, all of the sudden, the sales rep is able to reduce the price by half with out any permission from a manager, then is able to include 2 other products he claims "usually" sell at a very high price for free. They clearly make up their own prices and will do anything to get you to spend any amount money, but they like to see if they can get you to spend the max. After saying no several times, the young man offered to give me a complimentary treatment so i said ok. I am no stranger to spa treatments, so per usual, he told me to drape myself in what you usually wrap yourself in for a facial treatment. Half way through the treatment was ok, until he asked me if i wanted to remove the robe to expose my breasts and started asking a lot of personal questions that was ruining my relaxation! He was also getting a bit to friendly upon touching me during the treatment, I really felt he was trying to touch my breasts! Very creepy. Maybe he has older female clients who like this because they do not get enough attention at home from their husbands, but I thought he was a creep!!! I also did not find it very funny when he was showing me how one of their serums looks like a mans semen (but he used a more derogatory term to refer to human semen) and he claimed this is a joke amongst him and his many rich clients he was boasting of to me during the treatment. CLASSLESS HUMOR! After the treatment, he told me he wanted to date me. It was very unprofessional. If you ask them technical questions about their company or products, they cannot answer those questions which shows a lack of knowledge of the products they sell and I asked some technical questions about the company and the products at separate times, and one of his responses was, "I don't know or care" or he responded by diverting from my question and going into a new topic and confusing me. After leaving the store, I attempted to research the products they sell and there is very limited information about them. But these people "Infinite Beauty" and other kiosks that sell "peel" products and "organic" products, all sell similar products and all do the same thing by reducing the prices. I mean, if they can cut the price in half if they sense someone is skeptical in buying, why don't they just sell the product at the reduced price in the first place? IT IS A SCAM!!! You can go to a trained dermatologist and get Hollywood caliber treatments that are non surgical or invasive that cost less or equal to the products they try to sell you with less upkeep and longer results that continue to last long after the treatments and at least these are administered by trained and well educated doctors, not some foreign person in the country with a green card trying to take your money!! read more
