They have great package deals, which seems steep when you initially look at the price. But once you actually get a facial, you'll see that you're definitely getting a bang for your buck. The facials are sooo relaxing and refreshing. My skin texture and appearance have improved significantly since I've started coming here. A lot of my gal pals have gotten eyelash extensions and I wanted to try it out too. One day while I was getting my facial done, I was asking Michelle what the process was like and inquired a lot about the aftercare (because I've heard that it can be a hassle, especially when it comes to cleansing your face). I took the plunge and tried the lash extensions, and I LOVE THEM. I have gotten soo many compliments about the extensions and everyone constantly asks where I got them done. Some of my friends couldn't believe how natural they looked. The lashes took some time getting used to it, but I think it was definitely worth the price I paid for. I love how much time it shaved off from my make up routine (I used to curl lashes, then put on about 3-4 coats of waterproof mascara). The night time cleansing routine got a lot faster, too. Overall - I love getting my lash extensions and facials from here. The staff is professional and the environment is clean. Their bookings are also very flexible and they're open every day! I book my appointments with them by speaking Korean. But they also speak English, and I believe one of the workers also speaks Chinese, as well. I would say that the only downfall is that the parking can be a bit of a hassle sometimes (they have one spot in the parking lot, but when it's taken - you have to find street parking). Once we got into the room, she handed me a towel, told me to get comfortable, and stepped out. When she came back, she put my hair up, and honestly... HEAVEN began. Within ten minutes, I already knew I wanted to extend it to 90 minutes (body scrub and massage $130 without tip) and I did! The massage was truly one of the best I've ever had (and I get massages often). She was incredibly kind, respectful, and attentive, constantly checking that I was warm and comfortable. The only part that didn't meet my expectations was the body scrub. It was my first time getting one, and I thought it would be a table shower experience. Instead, they use exfoliating mitts on the massage table and warm towels to clean you off. I also got a bit cold during that portion, so I'd probably skip the scrub next time- I must add that my skin is super soft so I'm still giving 5 stars for overall experience. But the massage alone was worth every penny. My body hasn't felt this good in a long time. I will definitely be returning -- and I'll be booking with Sophia again. She was absolutely wonderful. The last time I was there I did not have one of the cards, but they were able to look up my file by my name and documented my usage of the 4th facial. Today, I brought the last card that I could find (no clue how one disappeared, but it did). Upon opening my folder they said that I had to use the card I had for my last visit, which made no sense! I paid IN-FULL for the 5 facials, my credit card was charged. Each card was merely a token that corresponded with my account/member#. It was clearly written in my folder that only 4 of the 5 facials were redeemed, yet they refused to provide the service. I recently had surgery and was going there to relax. This wound up being a very stressful and upsetting experience. Lastly, I feel badly for the estitican who lost out on potentially booking someone else for the time slot and the generous tip I planned on leaving. Very BAD BUSINESS!!!

I didn't really notice the difference but took her word for it. A week after I got my lashes done, practically all the extensions from my right side had fallen off. From experience, extensions last more than a week before your natural lashes started growing out and the extensions fall out.
