I had the pleasure of meeting Pam for the first time today and not only having laser hair removal done on my legs and my brazillian, but I also had microblading done on my eyebrows! Thanks to the convenient appointment booking tab on the Omage Medispa webpage, I was able to schedule all the services I wanted to have done late at night after the spa was already closed. Pam is very warm and made me feel as if I had known her forever. Let's face it, getting laser hair removal is not a fun, or very comfortable procedure to get done, especially a brazillian, but she made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole time. She was extremely patient and thorough. I was totally shocked at the reasonable prices, and at her honesty. There were a few procedures I wanted to have done but Pam suggested waiting until after summer when I will get optimal results. Before doing the laser on my legs she put numbing cream on my eyebrows so that when she was finished with my legs, I would be all numbed up and ready to go. I absolutely love the way they came out! Not one time did I feel she was rushing me, getting annoyed or frustrated because I would keep looking in the mirror to see how they were coming out! She encouraged me to look at them carefully and make sure I loved the way they looked! I am so happy with not only the services I received, or the extreme reasonable prices, but the entire staff from the receptionist who greets you when you come in the door, to the woman who checked me out when I left! I love this place!!! I was introduce to Pam through my sister and it has been a blessing to meet her. She is so passionate to help people feel beautiful. I went to her for my freckles and I love the results!! My freckles are disappearing :) She's very caring and makes you feel very comfortable when your there for the treatment. She gave me lot of advice for skin care and even gave me samples of different products to use! Overall Her work is amazing and I look forward to seeing her every time! Loved this SPA! Excellent customer care and the facitliy is gorgeous! They offer so many things at great prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get laser done for hair removal and to remove a scar on my arm. I have been to dermatologists and laser centers and they all have turned me down for laser cause they didn't have what was required for my scar removal.
