This is a review of their website. I really enjoyed the website at first. It was organized really well. Seeing the flight path for each disc was great. Having discs from many different manufacturers was great. Being able to search for discs based on numerous parameters was great. The disc matrix was pretty cool, but it seems like they almost stopped maintaining the website. About half the discs I search for in the search bar don't show up. I get an error message saying, "Sorry, Nothing Matches Your Search". I have to google search and type something like "shock infinite discs", and then click on the link for the MVP Shock on the infinite discs website. The disc is on there, you just have to go through a search instead of the website to get there. Also, if you've taken a look at the matrix lately, it's pretty embarrassing. It's unreadable. Seems like they are going downhill, so I'm looking for new suppliers. read more

Ordered $100 in discs before Christmas. The order was not delivered to my house, per my Ring camera and timestamp from USPS. Infinite Discs did not replace the order, refund the order, or even make USPS fix the mess. I offered video evidence, with the USPS timestamp, and they told me that they're not going to eat the price and I would have to take a loss. Why did I waste my time, buy a security system, and correspond with these people? I don't know. But if you order from here, prepare to take a loss if your package is misplaced or misdelivered. read more

Infinite Discs is a disc golfers heaven. If you play disc golf, or want to start playing, this place should be your first stop. They mostly focus on online sales, but the store is impressive and their entire online stock can be picked up there as well. I was coming home from Grand Teton National Park and my girlfriend was awesome enough to let me include stopping by here and the Cache Valley Fairground disc golf course. It was over Memorial Day weekend and they had an awesome 15% off just about any purchase sale going on. These guys already have the best online prices and selection, so having the chance to take 15% off, a couple huge sales on certain discs, and not pay shipping was huge. Once I walked in the guy working the store was extremely helpful and friendly, and more than willing to show me the additional discs that were in the warehouse stock that I was interested in. I had 2 discs I wanted in mind, A Glo Flex Ledgestone 2015 Buzzz OS and a Lucid Truth. They had exactly what I wanted, and the normally $20+ Buzzz OS was only $13.99, before the 15% off! I ended up picking up two of those in case one gets lost...which is why I was picking up one in the first place :( I picked up a misprint fugitive for cheap, and a Latitude 64 Saint as well. I then went out and played a great round at the fairgrounds. I loved the Lucid Truth so much that I went and picked up the identical twin to it after playing. I also picked up a pair of Latitude 64 T-Link shoes. Getting the chance to try them on before buying them was awesome and I haven't seen any kind of sale on them that even comes close to 15% off yet. I also picked up an Escape as I wanted a backup for my current one and the price was just too good to beat. An awesome Innova hat for $8.50 after the sale price was icing on the cake. Discs rarely go on much of a sale. Having a chance to come here and buy discs for prices that I know I won't see again for a long time was amazing. It is definitely worth checking these guys out if you have any interest in disc golf, either online or in person! They do a lot of sponsorship for disc golf tournaments as well and have an awesome new mystery disc of the month club you can join as well. I love Infinite Discs! read more

This place is the absolute WORST! We ordered very expensive discs and they NEVER CAME! We contacted them and they basically told us that it was too bad and they were not going to do anything to fix our problem. It was hard to believe that they just took our money and never delivered our product. I will NEVER use this company again. Such a disappointment. read more

I'm extremely happy with my first experience with infinite disc. I order 7 disc from them and six of them were perfect and exactly what they discibed. The seventh was damaged. Looked like it might have been caught by a box knife on the rim and had a decent gouge on it. Being skeptical i emailed them explaining that the disc was damaged when i received it thinking that they would immediately try to pass blame on me or usps but no. Ted got back to me quickly and agreed that by the pictures I had sent that it was damaged upon arrival. Ted offered to replace it for free. I'm alway suspect of people so for them to immediately say "Hey we got you!" Was pretty amazing. I felt guilty for complaining and even offered to pay the shipping of the replacement disc and they wouldn't accept it. Really blow away by how easy they were to deal with. They send there packages through a bull shit third party shipping company and it always take twice as long to get the package.

The good: Huge selection, pictures of every disc. The bad: Disc prices and shipping costs are WAY more expensive than their competitors. I'd love to order more from this company, but it makes more sense to have my discs shipped 3000 miles across the country for much less. read more

I have never been in the store but I have ordered many times online. It is the PERFECT online disc golf store. There are pictures of each disc and they are separated by weight and color. You can also filter by plastic if you choose. There are reviews for each disc that are extremely helpful and they carry x-outs and special releases. In addition to the amazing selection and site set up, they have great prices and ship quickly. By far the best online disc golf shop. read more

After making multiple online orders I consider their process to be UNreliable, the people I've dealt with to be UNtrustworthy, and the actions they took to be unethical/illegal. Prior to actually ordering any discs, I contacted them via e-mail to find out if they could ship UPS instead of the postal service. I explained that UPS actually delivered to my residence while the postal service delivered to a "cluster mailbox" down the street from my home. The USPS had misplaced 5 of 7 orders into the wrong slots in that cluster mailbox. In each case I never got the orders nor did I ever get my money back because the claims process dead ended when the USPS insisted that they had "delivered the order" properly at the cluster mailbox instead of my actual residence. The person speaking for infinite discs indicated that they could ship UPS but I would have to pay an additional shipping fee. I considered this acceptable and placed numerous orders with them over a period of time. Then on this very last order of over $150, they sent a PayPal invoice for the "UPS" shipping and I paid it. I did not receive the UPS tracking information so I sent an e-mail to let them know. They did not respond. I checked the USPS tracking information they had sent me which happens "automatically" on every order but thus far I had been disregarding it because the order was being shipped UPS instead. It showed they had physically tendered the order over to the USPS. I immediately sent them an e-mail/PayPal message to tell them this was not acceptable and asked for a refund of the purchase price as well as the additional shipping fee. I also notified them that even if the order was properly delivered by the USPS I would refuse it. The response from infinite discs failed to acknowledge that I even requested a refund. Instead, they refunded the $4 shipping fee, sent the USPS tracking link again, and said "I hope it works out fine this time,and sorry again that we didn't get it right this time around." In short, they played dumb. They were going to let the USPS shipping process continue even though it had a proven 70% delivery failure rate and a 100% claims loss to me on those delivery failures. I sent another e-mail which again requested a refund of all money. I notified them, " Unacceptable for me to wait for you to trace missing shipment and maybe get items back (or not...) in your possession before issuing refund to me." They had involved the USPS as the shipping partner without my permission or consent and I made this clear to them. Infinite discs did respond however they continued to play dumb as well as act as if they hadn't heard my request for my refund. Remember, if the order ended up being misplaced by the USPS they wouldn't lose any money at all. It would be me who would be out $150. I sent a final e-mail in which I demanded a full refund. I notified them that giving the order to the USPS was a violation of the agreement between us. I notified them that it is both unethical and ILLEGAL for them to retain funds belonging to me upon the condition that they receive their items back from the USPS. Infinite discs responded again but with more of the same tactics: playing dumb, ignoring what I was telling them, refusing to acknowledge there had been 2 requests and one demand for a full refund. They were deliberately indifferent to the fact they were behaving unethically/illegally and that the results of their negligence could result in me suffering a loss that should have been theirs to bear for using the USPS. On their end all of the responses were intended only as a means to " run out the clock" on the USPS shipping process regardless of any unfavorable consequences to me. Their initial error of shipping the order USPS was now compounded by refusing my 3 requests/demands for a full refund, holding my money hostage dependent on whether or not they got their product back from a problematic shipper, and openly disregarding the agreement they had made with a customer in order to act in their own self serving/unethical interest. This mess began on a Monday with infinite discs behaving consistently unethically/illegally through multiple e-mail exchanges and through many opportunities to do the right thing all the way until Wednesday when the clock really did run out. The package had made its way from the state of Utah through all the intermediate stops until it was at the Post Office in my town. It was then and only then that infinite discs sent an e-mail, "The package has been intercepted for return to us, so I'm refunding your order now." Be assured that if this package would have suffered the same fate as 5 of the 7 "Irrecoverably Lost" shipments there would be more than just this unfavorable review on Yelp and a BBB complaint. This matter and the behavior of infinite discs would have been brought to the attention of the Utah Attorney General's Office as a criminal complaint to be prosecuted. read more

Infinite Discs online provide great service. They're prompt with replies and shipping and are very helpful. Their website is extremely detailed, providing full information on the shipping process as well as numerous search options on their website for discs. On their website, you can even see the exact disc that you'd be buying online, so you get to pick the colour and weight of the disc and even see the picture! You can see they care.
