False advertising. This storage facility is not accessible 24/7. The gate locks at 10pm and if you need to get in after 10 you have to call during regular business hours (before 5pm) to request temporary access to the facility after 10pm that night. Why advertise as a 24 hour facility if you are not? Other storage places do not do this and just specify their closing times. The price of my storage room has also doubled since my first months payment a little over a year ago. Was around $95.00//month and how's is almost $200.00/month. Will be switching to another nearby facility in the next couple of months when I have time to transfer everything. read more

TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS. I called and cancelled my locker months ago and told them that the locker was empty and that I want to stop being billed. The auto-bill emails stopped coming and I thought all was good. Then, months later, I get an email for a "rate increase". When I login to the account, I see that they are STILL BILLING ME!!! I called in and told them that I called months ago and said the locker was empty and I was done. They told me, "yea, we called you in September and said that the lock was still on there and therefore we kept billing." What? First, there was NO voicemail because I would have called immediately. Second, I already told them that the locker was empty and that I was done. Why would they keep billing?!?! Because of greed, that is why. Also, 24 hour customer service was a joke. It was the main reason why I cancelled months ago. Lastly, they keep increasing rates. This place is awful. read more

Never available during office hours.. You get a 5 day grace period to make payment and they put master lock over yours so that you may no enter your storage during the 5 day grace period.. Storage fees that you pay go up quite often. Been leasing from them for 2 years and my storage fee has gone from $138- $203.. You get less than 30day notice that fees will change in future months.. Nick is an amazing manager of this storage unit. He has always been informative and kind to us and understanding. Customer satisfaction is his number one priority and I cannot recommend him enough and this establishment. I used them for over a year and a half and because of his service I have remained a loyal customer. You can store your belongings anywhere but management makes the difference between a sub par establishment and one you can trust. Clean units great place. Feel safe and know Nick is one of the best. This is one of the worst storage centers I've ever used. In a 3 year time period my storage fees went from 90$ to $160 dollars. Zero credible explanation was given. It's a complete ripoff and in a not so great area to begin with. Do not waste your time and money with renting from here. You are much better off renting from a reputable place that doesn't have slum lord management. read more

We were excited to have found a unit so close to us. The lobby had a horrible odor and we were told it was air freshener, perhaps, but only to cover the horrendous odor. We did rent the unit but were not told that they don't have any carts to wheel your stuff in on, found that out after the fact. We noticed that Sandra peeled a bag off of the wall of the unit we were renting that was filled with some kind of pellets. We would soon find out it obviously was some kind of odor absorbing bag. After spending a little time carrying a load of boxes in, my husband and I both realized there was also an odor in the hallway and in the unit. We walked into another section of the building through some doors to see if the whole building had an odor, and there was no odor in that section. There were no units available in the odorless section. In Sandra's defense, she kept trying to find something that would work but coupled with the fact that we are packing up a 13 room home and this storage facility had no carts to move things in on, we decided that since it was less than 24 hrs we would just ask for our money back. No harm no foul, right?...wrong. Sandra contacted the owner and was told there were absolutely no refunds, for any reason at all and that it was in BIG bold print in the lease (it was in teeny tiny print and was not pointed out to us). We understand that some people would not consider this an issue but much of our belongings are packed in cardboard boxes which absorb odors as well as clothes do. We were extremely disappointed that no compromise was offered whatsoever due to the situation, therefore, we would not recommend this facility even though the pricing is reasonable...you get what you pay for. read more

I had my belongings here for 3 years. The price remained low during the entire time. I have never seen any sign of any bugs, mice or anything. I had furniture and clothing and they are all in perfect condition. The building was always clean inside and even outside. I used the facility at many different times of the day and never saw anything unsafe or strange there. Nick was great to work with and went above and beyond .I have used other companies in the past and this ones blows them away. I will use this location whenever I need another unit. I highly recommend Infinite storage on Larkin. read more

Had a unit there when it first opened and stayed for years.The original owner and management were great!! Now the place has gone down but the rent prices constantly went up. This place has rodents. Also, don't waste your time renting an indoor heated/cooled unit. It's never heated in the winter, ALWAYS freezing. They also raise your rent quite often. The owner and management are complete jerks!!! read more
