Alllllll the stars on yelp for this lil gem:) first off; they're one of few businesses that stay open 24 hrs ; and that alone has saved me multiple times. Shop is great! Clean, spacious; and a great variety in their inventory with competitive , of not better, prices. But aside from the 24 hrs of operation; the best part is the staff. Everyone ive ever encountered there was fantastic; the best customer service and very helpful and knowledgeable in the products they carry. I've bought from 3 diff people when I've stopped by, 1 guy and 2 girls. First girl was very knowledgeable, guy was just over the phone but he was chill and friendly which I love, and the girl who helped me last night was awesome. She had a pink shirt and really pretty, long eyelashes and she was very friendly , chill, and helpful ; plus she gave me a lil gift with purchase to try and I really appreciated that :):) those kind gestures once and a while make a huge difference in maintaining success with a business no matter what it is you sell and it sets your store apart from the competition . This shop has always been amazing from their first location in Dallas to this location in Plano. They are open 24/7 which has always been super convenient for a late night run! The staff is always welcoming as you walk in and helpful/ knowledgeable on their products and any questions I've ever had. Their selection on shisha, hookahs, coals, and accessories is impeccable. Their selection is huge which is great having choices for flavors. I have never had that before at any other smoke shop. I would not go anywhere else. They were always worth the drive to Dallas from Garland. Super excited they are now open in Plano which is closer to me! The management and employees all are so wonderful and nice. I was very pleased when I went in. Not only does this store have a wide variety of everything, the employees are great. Johnny, who works the night shifts was so helpful and fun to talk to. If you go in at night and need help with anything she will make sure you are satisfied and find exactly what you need. One of the nicest shops I've been to in the DFW metroplex. The Employees where incredibly nice and helpful and crakes jokes along the way, I bought a Real nice piece of glass and they had the kindness to throw in a Tray, Grinder, and a Drawstring bag free of charge.
