I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience…read more My visit was extremely disappointing, largely because of the manager, who I believe was named Crystal. During my complimentary workout, she was walking around barefoot, which came across as very unprofessional. She also made comments suggesting that not eating is a way to lose weight, which I found inappropriate and concerning. While I was in the sauna during my workout, I overheard her make multiple comments about people's race and body types. It created a very uncomfortable atmosphere and was not something I expected to hear in a professional fitness environment. I also witnessed her speaking disrespectfully to the employees working there. For someone who appears to be over 50 and is in a management position, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, maturity, and respect. Instead, her behavior was the exact opposite. To top it all off, after my workout, I felt pressured into signing up for a membership. Rather than answering my questions or encouraging me to join, the sales approach felt overly aggressive and made me feel like I had to sign up. Based on this experience, I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this location to others!

The space is beautifully designed with a very holostic vibe and filled with positive energy. The instructors are simply phenomenal: knowledgeable, patient, funny and encouraging. It does not matter if you're a beginner or are experienced , they meet you exactly where you are and all levels are welcomed. Every class feels like a personalized experience. They don't just guide you through poses they help you connect with your practice. As someone who has jumped from studio to studio trying to find the right choice I think I've found the one I'll will be sticking with. 100% recommend.
