She is outstanding professional, articulate, and extremely knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience with her, and she always takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. Her care is the reason I continue to return. That said, the office staff experience can be hit or miss. While some staff members are pleasant and helpful, others would benefit from additional training in customer service. On more than one occasion, I've experienced rudeness and felt spoken over, which detracts from an otherwise high-quality medical practice. Albina's clinical care is exceptional, and with improvement in customer service consistency with the office staff, this practice could truly be excellent across the board.

He was always one step ahead so I didn't have any issues. He even sat with me after my surgery until I was able to get dressed and he actually helped me! His bedside manor is beyond anything I have ever seen from any Dr. When you visit him, he is kind and very easy to speak with and ask questions without making you feel rushed or like your annoying. When your with him you feel like your his only patient. My results were absolutely amazing from him I look like a whole new person and I really mean that. I was very very overweight and couldn't lose it in the stomach area no matter what I did. I had a c-section and had hanging skin and fat causing me pain in my incision area and he totally removed it and made me FLAT! I was shocked when I woke up and saw the results even the same day of surgery. Now I no longer have to deal with infection issues or pain from that scar and that alone made it worth it! Anytime I went to the office, I never waited more than 10 minutes to see him. The office is so clean and beautiful and the surgical area is immaculately clean and I love that it was right on site. it made it so private and obviously less risk of infection from going into a hospital. His staff is excellent especially Barbra she is SO kind and helpful! Dr. Decorato seriously has changed my life! I didn't ask to be called sweetheart nor want to be told it's a scar. The medical assistant gave me the form to sign but then snatched my pen and paperwork away from me. Dr. Shapiro is also dirty and doesn't clean up after patients. I'm still waiting for the results of my biopsy, yet no one can give me a straight answer on when they'll be available.

You can never get a phone call to speak with him if you are having an issue. Never get an emergency appt or god forbid a phone call back from the manager if your having an issue trying to get resolved. This is def not a personal able office that wants to get to know you. They honestly couldn't give a shit about you. Although he is a good doctor his staff is horrendous and that's why I would recommend you go somewhere else
