Photos don't do justice! I disliked my old oval style ring so much. I knew I was a marquise, emerald or assher cut type chick. So I worked with an amazing jeweler named Nick and his team at Infinity Jewelers USA. I looked at a lot of places however, I was happy with the service and how they treated me when I walked in the door. Nick was so patient with me as well because I kept debating between emerald and marquise as it was time to pick the final center stone setting. I came with an idea and less than a week later I had this beautifully customized ring. Usually I go for moissanite as I am not a diamond girl. This time I went with lab diamond because in the cut it just looks better. I totally recommend this company for all your jewelry needs. So if you're looking, contact them. read more

This is one of the best Jeweler stores I have been to in a long time. The quality and fair prices are unbelievable. I went in for a ring cleaning and the offered to re-dip my ring for $40.00. At the time I did not know what that was. They explained to me that they would re plate my ring and it would look brand new again. I let them do it and it only took 10 minuets but when I got my ring back it really did look brand new. I also bought some Elle earnings that I always get compliments on. They have amazing service and honest prices I love this place. Thank you NIck for all yoiur help you made my experience at your store truly a great experience. read more

Infinity Jewelers was the best experience I had while looking for engagement rings. I felt very uncomfortable going into most stores, because I wasn't there to buy a ring and the sales person would know this and treat me differently. At Infinity I had the best experience, the sales lady spent over an hour with me discussing details and finding the perfect engagement ring. My now fiance ended up going there with my friend to purchase my ring about a month after I went there. The same lady remembered my friend and the exact ring I wanted. The ring is perfect and made exactly as I requested. Recently my fiance and I went back to purchase our wedding bands and once again they were awesome. The lady, now 7 months later still remembered us! The owner was awesome and helped me create a custom band to fit my e ring. My fiance also found the perfect band. I highley recommend Infinity, the people are awesome and the prices are honest. Best of all they never make you feel like you don't belong, even if you are just looking. read more

Excellent customer service superior quality of work , I contacted Nick because he custom made a ring for my brother,Even though I live in Scottsdale Az he was very accommodating and custom made me a beautiful engagement ring for my soon to be bride. The Ring was shipped to me along with a Certificate of authenticity,usually I get worried with purchases like these but Nick rest assured came threw in all aspects of the transaction ! read more

Asked to see 3 rings. Disclaimer, this is all new to me, so I have been consulting with a family member in NY. Went to take a photo (to send to said family member) and they said that they do not allow photos because they design their own rings and don't want their designs stolen. This is the first time I've run into this and have visited no less than 10 jewelry stores. I'm not a jeweler, but a white gold band with 3 rows of diamonds isn't exactly reinventing the wheel. I said well, I need to consult with someone via phone, so I guess I'll have to be out. I was met with "Then we're out too." Surprised to see so many positive reviews, and I'm glad that others had great experiences! I had a phenomenal experience down the road at Metals In Time--so they were the ones that got my $5000. read more

Love, Love, Love my wedding ring and my husband's band!! This store takes very good care of you, and their selection is unique and you will find rings you won't find anywhere. I went to many places (Metals In Time treated me horribly, and going to Jareds, the mall, etc. was disappointing), this place is very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend it to everyone! read more

I have been a loyal Infinity Jewelers customer for years now and I don't think that will ever change. The owner Nick was fantastic and his team provided outstanding customer service. Not living in Michigan, they took the time to help me pick the perfect Rolex for my husband. Everything from design to delivery was executed flawlessly. I received the watch in a beautiful box along with a certificate of authenticity. On top of that, Nick called me personally to ask if a) I received the watch and b) if I was completely satisfied. That call in itself speaks volumes. You don't receive customer service like this often so when you do, cherish it. I would highly recommend a visit to Infinity Jewelers - you will not be disappointed! read more

Professional, friendly, and not intimidating. They are so reasonable and nice. I got my engagement ring setting here several months ago and I've gotten so many compliments on it. The diamond is an heirloom, and the jeweler fit it to a beautiful criss-cross setting. Today, we decided to go back and get our wedding bands from them too! The jeweler is making a custom band to fit my criss cross setting, and he helped my fiancé pick out a great band too. This was a great experience overall. read more

I absolutely love this store, Infinity is the only jewelry store that I trust for superior quality, great customer service, and a focused perception to understand what I am looking for. I have been an exclusive customer at Infinity for the last decade. Nick designed a diamond bracelet for us. The design is delicate, unique, and catches compliments whenever it is worn. I am so glad that Nick protects his designs, although one may say that imitation is the highest form of flattery....in that case, keep copying and carry on. I was looking for a one of a kind design and thanks to Nick, I got a product that surpassed my own expectations. I bought a high end watch from Infinity, which Nick had to search for broadly. Meet the Business Owner: Nick Bederian b.

Established in 1988 Nick Bederian has been in the jewelry business for over 30 years. He has started in the business from the bottom and worked is way up to the top. As a bench worker in Lebanon he learned everything he needed to from soldering to sizing to creating immaculate custom made jewelry from start to finish. In 1992 he opened his first manufacturing business where he worked with most Jewelry stores in the Detroit Metro Area in creating there custom piece and doing repairs for them. Later he went on to wholesaling and eventually opening his first store in Redford, MI. in November of 2011 he opened Infinity Jewelers in downtown Royal in hopes of expanding his clientele and being more centrally located. We take pride in our craftsmanship and the piece of mind you get knowing that your merchandise never leaves our store when dropped of for repair.

The plaza is most crowded, of course, on the weekend. Not to the point were it's difficult to receive service but more so finding a close parking spot. While I do visit the other shops I highly recommend you visit the jewelry stores if you have the opportunity. Because most of them are on the same floor the competition makes for some great deals!

However just be for warned that the air may or may not work in some parts of the building. I went to shop at a boutique & liked to have died in the basement (shops are in the basement too) without any air. The plaza does have a daycare for parents to drop off their kids while they shop. It's roughly $5/hr & is another independent shop (pretty smart). Overall the place needs work, but has some good businesses located in it which is why I would go 2 stars. (I rate businesses separately as I visit them).

I am overwhelmed with excitement about this jewelry store! My fiance and I walked in after being referred there by a friend a few months ago looking for wedding bands. The service from day one was awesome! It took me a few months to really decide what I wanted and also a few more trips back into the store. Finally, I decided what I wanted but it was a very specific design. Nick and all of his amazing talent designed the perfect wedding band for me! He emailed me the picture, showed me the wax mold, and then created the band. He kept me in the loop during the entire process. On top of all of that, he worked with our budget! I love it! On top of my happiness, my fiance is also overwhelmed with excitement. After deciding he would go with a tungsten metal ring based on affordability, Nick built him the ring he wanted in white gold and fit it into our price range. We are so happy with the service and talent from Jennifer and Nick and we would recommend them to anyone! read more

Loved my shopping experience at Infinitiy. I went looking for a necklace, for myself, (yes - I said for myself...hahahah) and for the first time, I wasn't hounded by the salesperson. Thank God!! I was allowed to browse without being hawked and bothered until I REQUESTED help. The jeweler was nice and seemed very knowledgeable. I fell in love in with a few pieces and had Seta help me with the various looks/options etc. She was super sweet and even helped me pick out earrings for my daughers - which they love. THANKS SETA!!! I recently visited Infinity Jewelers to have my ring sized. The store is beautiful and the service was great! I fully expected to have to leave my ring there over night. Instead, the owner/jeweler did it for me while I waited. It looked like new when he finished! I was so pleased. While I was waiting, I looked a couple of bracelets and actually bought one. It is a gorgeous white gold bangle with a couple of small a very shiny diamonds. BLING! LOVE IT! Would for sure recommend this store! read more

Went in to the jewelers and asked them to replace the tiny spring bar on my watch. He said it would cost $10. That seemed like an outrageous price for such a small part, luckily I walked out. I did a quick search on Amazon and bought a set of 360 spring bars for $7 and replaced it in one minute. Don't know what I will do with the remaining 359 but luckily I won't have to ever go back for that problem. Price gouging seemed a bit excessive, hopefully it doesn't apply elsewhere to the business. read more
