Threw them a lot of business for 14 years. Used to do while you wait battery replacement. Warning flag, they said they wanted to do it right and to leave the watches. Another flag, 2 days later hadn't heard from them and noticed that receipt said it was going to take 7 days. Called them and asked if it really was going to take that long. They assured me it wouldn't. Big red flag, called them at 1 week mark and first they told me it wasn't done. Put on hold a second time and told they had been serviced. Went in next day. Found that they had NOT been touched. They offered to replace them right then. Told them that our business relationship was done. No apologies, no more excuses. I took my grandfathers watch in to be repaired in February of 2019 to replace the date wheel. It still wasn't repaired by December, but in order to get it back I had to pay them $210 since they claimed that the watch had been cleaned and a replacement wheel (different color and manufacture) was installed. Watch still didn't work. I took it into another repair person and they said it didn't look like the Precision repair person did any cleaning at all and that the replacement wheel was totally unnecessary! That "it looks like they just took the back off and then put it back on." When I tried to get my money back, they refused since I had approved the "repair". The fact that the watch still didn't work made no difference. I don't know anything about their jewelry, but their repair service is a 100% scam! Avoid at all costs!!!!! read more

I started going to this shop because I needed (read:wanted) some Chamilia beads to go along with my Pandora bracelet. The people that work there are so friendly and professional. They never try to up-sell, no matter what you're there to buy or look at. The first thing that made me a loyal customer was the day I went in for charms for my Pandora bracelet. I like to mix different charms, and some stores I've been to act like I'm a backwards hillbilly for doing so. The woman who always helps me at Precision totally gets me. She takes all the time in the world showing me different combos and ideas, but never pressures me to buy. What prompted my review today was my last visit there. My Pandora bracelet, spacers, and charms that I purchased somewhere else, along with the Chamilia items I purchased there, got really gross and tarnished. I took them in to Precision and they cleaned everything ultrasonically for free in a matter of minutes. It would be a good business practice to clean what you sell, but to do that for a product you don't carry? That's pretty awesome in my book. They also carry beautiful jewelry and those cool clocks that play like 20 different tunes. I went to this store looking for Alex and Ani bracelets. It is a family owned business and everyone who works there is so professional and polite. The service was so good that I went back there when I was searching for a wedding band. I had a custom band made and when the original band was not exactly what I expected the owner said no problem I want you to be happy with it and remade the original band to my liking. I am very picky and was made to feel comfortable with my purchase. Their prices and quality were much better than the other stores I went to. If you are sick of running into dead ends and rude jewlery store clerks, look to where the hidden gems are. They are here inside of this beautiful jewlery store. In fact I will never forget the day I came in there after my mother said "you know what, just give them a try.You never know." You know what they say, a mother's wise advice is always right. And boy she sure was, Rannie took me right to where the best rings were and was so lovely to work with. In fact, he was the one who cheered me on even when I felt uneasy because of how badly I was treated at a previous in the mall jewlery store(FYI stay away from those,they are overpriced garbage anymore,especially compared to the quality you get here).
