The quality has dramatically decreased. I am happy to pay more for a level 5 bed. But of the three level 5 beds, only 1 works. So if that bed is busy, I am forced to use a substandard bed even though I pay for the premium bed. I have been told that there is nobody in the area that can fix the beds. These beds have been broken for 2 years now. I don't understand how they cannot find someone to fix or replace them in 2 years. I cannot continue to justify the money I am paying when I am not getting the service I'm paying for. At this point I am ready to take my business to a competitor. Don't get me wrong, I love Soleil and the people are great. But when I walk in the door, I want to be happy and relaxed, not upset and disappointed again.

I've received a lot of compliments since no one could tell it was a spray tan. There were no streaks or more color in one section over another. She checks on you the next day to make sure you are happy with the color. I also did the bikini wax and for the first time ever, it didn't hurt at all. No irritation and no issues. I used to do Wax in the City and they would just hurry through to get the next client in, but not Justine. She spends time making sure it's correct and happy.
