This used to be the best place in town for a massage but sadly, the owner decided to get rid of all massage services. I will never be back as I don't want Botox and cool sculpting. I suppose she thinks this is where the money is but I think she's wrong. her massage therapists were booked solid for weeks. She going to lose a lot of business. read more

It was my birthday weekend and I wanted to treat myself to a massage! Another popular spa in the area was booked up so I thought id try The Spa at West Glen out. The spa is very calming and relaxing. From the moment you walk in the doors the lighting is dimmed and quiet spa music is gently playing. You then are taken to the dressing room and you are offered wine, water or tea. It was early so I didn't take advantage of the wine but was impressed with the offer. My massage was great, the therapist asked questions to see exactly where my problem areas are and definately focused alot on hose areas. The price is a bit high but with the professional and clean atmosphere and client service it definitely is worth the extra bucks. They do offer medi-spa services like Botox and Juvederm which I may take advantage of in the future! All in all a great experience and I will probably be back again! read more

Love this place always great service. Had a facial and manicure. Both were exceptional. No better place to go to be pampered and relax. Employees are very welcoming and accommodating. Facial was the best, enjoyed every minute. Had a sugar scrub with my manicure. I had never had this before and would recommemd. They quit doing mani pedi's for a while but started again. Great day spa and had a really good hydra facial there. Found it a bit strange given it's a spa that they just walked me right into room even though I had a large bag - would have thought they would have you change into a robe at least. She didn't even touch my décolletage which you would normally do in a facial. The service provider was great but felt more like a get you in, get you out experience not a spa experience. read more

The massage therapist asked a lot of questions up front to figure out what type of massage I was looking for and adjusted based on feedback throughout. After the last few visits I've decided to look for a new spa. The service has really slipped and today I was booked for a one hour appointment that took about 20 minutes and was still charged the same price. There was no "relaxing facial massage or treatment mask." Seriously, I was herded through like a cattle through the shoot and they weren't even busy. I went here a few months back for a pedi and a facial. The pedicure stations are really cramped and customers are crammed together within inches of each other--no personal space whatsoever.
