She informed me that she would do no more massage till my time was over. She told me that people like me should not come again because I could only tip ten dollars. She continued to shell at and verbally abuse me. I told her that I would rather leave. She yelled, " Good! Don't come again!" On my way out, another offered water. I decline, fearing for my life. I didn't have an appointment and was accepted as a walk-in with no wait. She was very accommodating: offered to turn on the space heater, if I wanted massage oil, how much pressure I wanted. She checked in with me a few times throughout the massage to ensure I was comfortable. What stood out to me was that Lisa added some stretches for my upper back and neck.
