If I could give them less, I would. Had several rounds of coolscupting - warning, the fat comes back, but worse, because it comes back in the shape of the machine device. Ended up getting lipo, and the shape is still there. Also! No meds for either the threadlift or CO2 laser - I was literally screaming during the procedures. Came here for a facial because I had a $100 gift card... somehow got talked into paying $217 on top of the gift card. I hate how they push extra services and then products at the end of the facial. Would have been fine if I didn't break out all over my face the following week. They also used alcohol on my face which I didn't like at all and no one asked me if that was okay... Just had a laser treatment with Brittany (hope I am spelling it right). Brittany is amazing PA with meticulous attention to detail. We had a very long session of laser treatment, about 4 hours. She completed that long session without any loss of speed or efficiency. She did it by the book. She divided my body into different sections using white pencil to make sure every inch was covered, and, before going over with the laser, she gave a quick shave to that area. The best medical spa I've ever ever had and I always travel to get massages and look for the best place

I've been coming here for years for my massages. I enjoy coming here . I recently had a massage where I unfortunately left feeling bummed out about my experience. I came here to relax and enjoy some time for myself. The massage itself was great. The therapist listened to my needs, and I totally appreciated that. She did talk through my entire massage though. This is such a pet peeve of mine. I do massages to relax, almost to the point where I want to feel like I'm going to fall asleep. This wasn't possible, at all. I feel like massage therapist need to be aware of this, and remember people are trying to have a relaxing time. She also asked if I wanted any oils (something that has always been included in any massage I've ever done), so I said sure. Looked at my receipt, that was a $10 add on. She also asked me if I'd like hot stones and I said yes. I knew this was probably extra (I feel like they need to point this out when asking if you want these things), but I looked at my receipt, and those stones were a $20 add. She included them in my massage for about 5 minutes. Lol. Pretty ridiculous, but lesson learned. read more

I love this place (Med Spa). As a guy... I thought I would feel out of place going to a Med Spa. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately with an warm smile. My Anesthetician came out and introduced herself. Then I was escorted back to the room that was clean and comfortable. I ride Harleys a lot and you sweat and get sun damage. So I get the Facial with extraction, to clean up my face. God bless these ladies that have to clean and extract my face. I find it extremely relaxing. When their done I'm so relaxed... that I have hard time putting on my shoes... Takes awhile to snap out of it. I don't think I would tell the guys I ride with that I go to a spa. The greatest compliment I get, is they think I'm 10 years younger than I really am. My wife loves going here also. Great service and products. read more
