Trina scheduled my appointment and took care of me. I was so pleased with the cleanliness, professionalism and results that I booked an additional appointment for another area two days later. That experience was equally satisfying. I would recommend Trina to anyone looking for a trustworthy person. The prices are reasonable. The employees are knowledgeable and professional. And as a bonus, the wax was great. Sounds weird but if you get waxed regularly you know quality wax goes a long way. Finally, while at my latest appointment, I found out that Trina also does facials so I think I'll book a facial sometime soon too!

It is now 2021 and my brows are just now needing to be retouched! Their prices right now are very reasonable, probably because they're new to the area, and this is the time to take advantage. They offer more than just hair. Don has a great sense of how much pressure to use on a deep tissue massage and how to balance the relaxation aspect with the therapeutic aspect. Alma was very attentive and detailed oriented and my toenails look beautiful. Having gone to a lot of spas throughout the US, I thought the prices were pretty reasonable for the quality of services. I was going to go to the spa with my cousin, but she was ill at the last minute and couldn't attend. I appreciate that the spa didn't make me pay a cancellation fee for her. That was kind. Also, my masseuse was really just rubbing me. She said let me know if you want me to dig deeper. I said yes. After all, I went for a massage, not a rubbing. There was an another Surprise Upcharge! They never mentioned any upcharges at any time. So, we wound up spending $50 more. This is a very sneaky way to do business and we won't be going back.

Saturday at 4:00 as I'm leaving to go to the salon I get a call that the technician cannot stay to do my nails, so they said they would fix them another day. I called today to ask if there were any appointments to get them fixed and while speaking to the owner Lisa she began yelling and arguing with me about it taking me too long to come in to get the fixed ( however they cancelled my appointment on Saturday) she then accuses me of missing multiple appointments with them after booking them ( I've only gotten my nails done here twice this past Wednesday being one of the 2 times ) and proceeds to yell at me and argue with me and tell me I will have to pay to get them fixed. This service for a FILL with gel polish was already $70 mind you. So with all that being said Howie Jenny Tricia and Peter are great if you want to be serviced but I highly advise you that if it comes to having any issue with the service Lisa is extremely unprofessional and would rather argue with you and yell at you than have a conversation.
