Don has a great sense of how much pressure to use on a deep tissue massage and how to balance the relaxation aspect with the therapeutic aspect. Alma was very attentive and detailed oriented and my toenails look beautiful. Having gone to a lot of spas throughout the US, I thought the prices were pretty reasonable for the quality of services. I was going to go to the spa with my cousin, but she was ill at the last minute and couldn't attend. I appreciate that the spa didn't make me pay a cancellation fee for her. That was kind. I paid with a gift card and it was used up so I threw it out and they didn't know what to do. The manager finally go on the phone and said she'd contact customer service. It's been days and have not heard anything back at all. I understand I didn't come and get it to begin with, but don't tell someone you are going to hold it and then cancel it and then say we will contact customer service and then not contact back. No one knew what to do. I couldn't get my money back from my gift card. It just added more stress since my mom was already in the hospital. She is what is most important though, but I wish the staff knew what they were doing. No one knew what to do and didn't say sorry or really cared. I ask for gift cards every Christmas for Ulta but I think I'll pass next year.
