Went to see Brandon for a simple piercing... to relive a portion of my misspent youth. GREAT experience! Hint: piercing "best practices" have changed -a LOT- since the 1980s! Shop was clean, Brandon did a good job on educating me about modern piercing protocols. Discussed my likes/dislikes, placement, aftercare, jewelry options, etc. I pretty much knew what I wanted when I came in the door, so it was easy for both of us. Brandon and I discussed scar tissue from previous piercings, he marked the spot he thought would be best. I verified the spot, picked a hoop, and Brandon got 'er done in no time flat! Wonderful experience! Shop was clean, Brandon was clean, UBSI precautions were followed including proper "sharps" disposal, etc. I'm probably not going to go down any body piercing rabbit holes, but if I did... Brandon did my PA today, and did a great job. He spent a lot of time explaining things to me, even questions that I hadn't thought of. His technique is great, and the results look fabulous. The intern he is teaching couldn't get a better learning experience. Update. Went back for a couple more piercings. Brie was working today, and did really good work. She is meticulous like Brandon, but still got two nipples and a daith done in half an hour. New update: Makeba did my first tattoo. Amazing line work. read more

Very professional and welcoming place. Got my nipples pierced here as my first body piercing and the experience was 20x better than I expected. Brandon is a great piercer and I would definitely recommend going to him. I got my belly re-pierced here and when I went up to pay I paid well around 50$ and left to head home half way home I got a call from a number I've never seen before and it was cactus telling me they undercharged me and made me drive a good 20 minutes back and asked if I wanna give them my card numbers over the phone. And I'm not a dumb person to give my numbers over the phone. Just ticked me off I had to drive all the way back for her mistake. read more

Drove an HOUR to come to this place for a simple cartilage piercing. Arrived almost a half an hour before they closed and was told "you're cutting it close" then was told no they wouldn't do it because they didn't have time before they closed to do the piercing because they were currently piercing someone. I explained that I drove from an hour away and was still turned down YET THEIR WEBSITE SPECIFICALLY STATES: "walk ins ONLY any time from 12pm to 8 pm for piercings." If its walk ins ONLY then I obviously couldn't make an appointment in advance but yet when I simply walked in I was still turned down. If that's how you treat your customers than I'll be sure to tell everyone I know never to come here. Very rude and unprofessional. If I could rate less than one star I would. read more

The people here are all really friendly which is great! Brandon pierced my nose last december and that experience was great. However, recently I went back in to buy a new nose ring (a hoop with a ball) and they offered to put it in for me. I let them, however it wasn't Brandon putting in the hoop, it was their new apprentice, I think her name is Bri. It was extremely painful (more than the initial piercing) and she was cursing under her breath the whole time. I'm all for learning, and I know you have to learn somehow, but since then my piercing has been really swollen and painful. I talked to a friend and she had the exact experience with the apprentice (bought a hoop, they offered to put it in, apprentice cussed under her breath, swollen and painful nose since). I really don't like calling a person out like this, but I honestly wouldn't let the apprentice touch me again, and I'd recommend you do the same. read more
