Oh my goodness!!! What else can I say other than heaven sent. I had cluster extensions done 10 days ago at Ulta, they promised they wouldn't damage my natural lashes. Boy did they lie. Don't ever do clusters. I was a complete mess. I removed them as told, with baby oil. I was left with such patchy lashes. It was sad. I called Infinity Salon Saturday at 7:45. I explained I was in a big dilemma, I looked scary. They got me in. Worked on me for nearly 2 hours. Best, most informative service ever!!!! Paul, I really truly thank you from the bottom of my heart. His wife and him are great to work with and I will be returning and referring everyone to them. PS... THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO if you want to feel incredibly uncomfortable by inappropriate comments, touches, or gazes by the owner Paul, or if you want to be made to pray. I had been going there for over a year to get my lashes done and loved them, at that point the only downside at the salon was Paul and his inability to observe personal space or realize what inappropriate gaze was. Actually, another downside was that every time a customer left the owners would talk about them. Before my birthday I really needed my lashes done and my regular girl wasn't available so I decided I would take Paul up on his offer to do my lashes. I get a few confirmation texts more than normal.... not a big deal. The day of I show up and am taken by Paul to a room outside of the salon, towards the back of the building, down a narrow dimly lit hallway. I SHIT YOU NOT. Everything in my body is telling me to leave at once, but I push those ideas aside and decide what could go wrong? Once inside the room I sit down and he puts the tape on my eyes and I can't see. At this point he is doing my lashes with what seems like one hand, being extremely rough with my eyes. Halfway through the whole process he stops and asks me to pray, "I'm atheist" I say, to which he responds "It's ok, you can still pray with me, we can pray for you." I respond with many no thank you's and he still insists. What can I do? I'm laying in a chair with my eyes glued shut!! He takes my hand and starts to pray and LITERALLY makes me repeat what he says. WHAT THE EFF. I leave with glue all over my eye and so feeling so disrespected. I will never recommend this place to anyone I care about ever. Save your money and glue whatever you want to your eyes instead. read more

She came recommended by numerous people. And I have not regretted going to her since! Everyone at the salon is friendly which is nice, but what I love most about it, it's that small town feel! Staff nice and friendly. Full set of volume lashes - $140 plus $20 tip, 1.5 hours. Followed directions for care, not my first set of eyelash extensions. Lasted 2 days. I went in to get lashes removed. The eyelash technician was really sweet. The only reason I gave it a 3 was because of the substance that was used to remove the eyelash glue. It burned so darn bad! I left there with blood shot eyes. She kept apologizing and tried her hardest to relieve the pain but it didn't help. The only positive thing was that she was able to get each and every single lash off without damaging my natural lashes. read more

I went to this business to get eye lash extensions, and was so impressed with the product, the service and the overall atmosphere that I had other services done. I have my hair cut and colored here, I get manicures and pedicures done here, permanent make up, and my lashes. The quality of service is beyond excellent, I've never been disappointed in the over 5 years i've been a customer. What stands out the most is the owner Dawn Robinson, she treats everyone like royalty, family, and like you are her only customer.
