When I called to book my appointment and mentioned the Groupon, they informed me of this extra fee and offered a workaround: if I canceled the Groupon, they would honor the original discounted price directly. I canceled the voucher and booked the appointment based on that promise. ​However, when I arrived for my appointment, they went back on their word and refused to honor the agreed-upon price, demanding I pay full price instead. This experience was completely deceptive and unethical. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

Dropped my kids off and went 40 mins to the location and the doors were locked nobody was there and nobody was answering the phone. Finally got through to someone and was told that they had canceled my appointment without my knowledge because the esthetician had COVID LOL. So I talked to the manger she apologized abs rescheduled me and told me that they would get me in and comp my facial for the inconvenience. Then they just called me one week before my comped appt is supposed to be and she tells me that the OWNER is only willing to give me 20% off now. They royally messed up my whole day and then promised to fix it and then took back their word. Absolutely horrible establishment. My mother and sister and a few of my friends I had recommended them to go there and they have. So not only will Regena Spa be losing me as a customer but many others and also whomever sees this Yelp review and google review I'll be writing next. Customer service is terrible which is probably why they have to put so many discounted services on Groupon to get people in there. The owner messed up on this one.
