My esthetician was Cameron and he was phenomenal! He answered my questions and made the experience relaxing. He also was intentional about the products he recommended for my concerns while not pushing me to change my whole skin care routine which I greatly appreciated (a common experience I've had at other places). I got The Restore Deluxe Organic Facial and it was reasonably priced and included all the things I enjoy (cleansing, mask, exfoliating, massage, and I added on derma planning). I booked an appointment the day prior for a mani and pedi. I arrived the day of the appointment and was seated for my pedicure in a massage chair. I sat in the massage chair for 30 minutes before anyone came over to begin my pedicure. During the pedicure the staff member who was completing the service was pulling double duty and continued to get up to run the desk. As I sat there other patrons came and went to include walk ins. I understand being busy and staffing is challenging but, what is the point of appointments? The staff rendering the services needs the support from someone dedicated to running the front.I chose to not get the manicure because they all looked too busy and I couldn't wait anymore. Overall I like the salon, the staff is kind, the service is pretty standard. I just think staffing and management may be the issue. I wish the salon the very best moving forward
