First check in but second visit…read more First visit I dropped my iPad and cracked the screen. Second visit my iPad wasn't charging. I arrived just before they closed on a Saturday and they stayed open for me and for another customer who showed up WELL past closing time. Workers are knowledgeable and courteous. I have recommended them to many friends.

I had AppleCare on my phone and should have gone to Apple Directly. This was a bad experience, just…read morelike the previous review. I was told my AppleCare did not cover water damage and that my only option was to buy a new phone for $375. The worst part is that this store came up as my authorized repair shop when I went to Apple's website. I ended up paying to upgrade my phone early, and THEN found out from Apple that physical damage WAS covered. I felt like the young man at the front was nice, but not thorough at all. Completely agree that you should just go to the Apple Store and get your phone replaced. Apple refunded my care.
