We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Caitlin to help with my daughter's move to Philly…read more Even though we ultimately found an apartment that wasn't one of her own listings, she had already gone well beyond the typical scope of the job -- for every place she showed us, she took the time to research the surrounding neighborhood so we could tell whether it was a safe, good fit for my daughter to live. Moving to a new city with no real local knowledge is stressful, and we only had a few secondhand suggestions from friends to go on. She filled that gap for every option she recommended, giving us honest, specific feedback about the different neighborhoods so we could make an informed decision instead of just guessing. If you're relocating to Philly and want someone who treats your move like it's personal, she's who you want in your corner.

Melissa LeGaspi at Philly Home Girls puts the REAL in realtor. She was real approachable,…read moreknowledgeable, and real with managing needs/wants in a house to align with financial goals.  Melissa explained the process, introduced us to the right financial partner, answered all our questions in real time (mornings, days, evenings, weekends) and kept the listings flowing our way.  She was more than flexible with scheduling tours as our approach was "fast and furious", twenty-nine houses in three weeks.  Melissa gave us space to check the spaces out, she never oversold a house's features, nor did she ignore some features of concern.  Her approach of giving grace to us to express our feedback fostered a sense of trust.   Melissa heard us and saw what future we wanted to make in a house.  Having Melissa as our agent enabled us to go from long time renters to first time home buyers.  Melissa LeGaspi is beyond a true professional as she approaches the business relationship with a natural sense of human connection to connect her clients to a house to call home.

Whoever the owner is of Centra, I hope you salute them. Priscilla helped me over the phone, and she understood that I needed the person in the unit above my possible unit to be there and walk around so that I could hear the sound from above. I called back a day or two later, and Priscilla said, "Is this Mills? We are still trying to connect with the tenant in the unit above." I really appreciated the effort she made. William showed me the unit and was very helpful with getting the tenant in the unit above me to be there and to walk around. He listened to my concerns about my overall search and gave me his candid opinion about what might be best for me. He was on time in showing me the unit and very knowledgeable about the building. I really hope the Centra owner knows how good these employees are.

They would not refund my application fee due to their error. They never followed up to my questions about application status, and I had to repeatedly call to find morsels of information. I will say the person showing the unit was very nice and knowledgeable.

The sales team is great, very polite, patient and knowledgeable but their title company is awful. I was so happy to purchase a home from them and move in on 4/18/24. Our excitement quickly subsided with ONE month when Integra Management Corp. began harrassing us. Can you imagine how it feels to have pride of ownership, read the Community handbook, adhere to the rules completely and then get accused of not following the rules with a violation notice? We read the weekly updates and make it a point to adhere and not have any issues. I immediately called and left a message, and to this day, no one called back. After sending an email, I got a snarky response from Dan Penix that they see everything. They sent some pics and then advised to appeal, but there are no instructions on how to appeal this violation. We actually have camera pics as evidence that we had our garbage/recycling containers out for pick up service. However, it was not picked up on usual date, instead it was picked up the next day. I left the container out as all the other residents were doing. One could have investigated what happened with recycling pick up or sent a message to confirm if the new residents noted the correct pickup dates. On the online portal, the recycling calendar is from 2023. One thing is for sure, I will be reviewing them all over the internet. They need to focus on the landscaping, cleanliness, and secuity instead of a witch hunt on new residents. There are many many dead shrubs, dead trees, and dead lawn, why aren't they focusing on that instead???
