Of course, you find this out only after you have shelled out the money for a home appraisal, which becomes worthless once the deal falls through. Working with these people was a huge headache, and a waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and go straight to a BANK - these mortgage brokers have to make a living somehow, and often their pay comes out of your pocket. Cut out the middle man...go to the bank, which is what I ended up doing in the end. I don't even think the people at INtegrated Financial know what day it is! When I expressed my dissatisfaction with their ineptitude, their excuse was that "nobody knows what's going on right now." How comforting.

I called and was told to email them. I have emailed them 8 times in the past 30 days and have not received a single reply yet. I first reached out in September and they replied and I was told I needed to make a principal payment before they could remove the PMI.
